I got distracted to the sound of my phone going off, I paused my movie and read my text message.

Hey, it's Cayleb.
Cayleb really texted me. Should I reply now or wait? I don't want to seem desperate.
Me:
Hey, you texted:).
Cayleb:
How couldn't I have?
Me:
I didn't think you'd really text me.
Cayleb:
Do you want me to stop bc if you do, I'll stop.
Me:
No no no. You can text me whenever.
We went texted for a long time after that but, something was wrong, I didn't know when I could see him again.
