You could practically hear my brain ticking as my footsteps padded against the floor whilst I paced the room. Tyler sat on the tiles with his eyes on me. "I feel this is something she needs to do alone.." I murmur quietly. After a few minutes I screech out in frustration, "I CAN'T TAKE IT! WE ARE GOING TO SEE AFRIEL NOW!" I spread my black wings and gripped Tyler's hand. We humped through the window and I took off with him on my back as I followed the familiar warm yet courageous feel of Afriel's energy

I stare dumbfounded at the two high angels. Both angels turned and regarded each other with a nod and turned back to us. They both boomed at the same time like they had one voice. "Are you both sure to swear on your vow?" They asked. Demonica nodded eagerly, while I just looked at them and shrugged. "You have 3 hours to do as you promised or be punished by turning to dust and return to hell NEVER to leave" The angels said. Demonica laughed and handed me the knife to kill myself. I took it hesitantly and pressed it to my throat, pressing harder, but suddenly stopped as I sensed a familiar presence. The angels must have to because they looked up. Just then the door slammed open and Georgia and Tyler stood there looking between, Demonica, Azazel, Gabriel and me. *

I screeched as I saw the knife near Afriel's throat. I didn't even take notice of the angels in the room. I ran to her like lightning and ripped it from her hands. I gripped it tighter until it exploded in flames. I then notice the two radiant angels and my knees grow weak as I bow at them. I then glance around the room at the familiar faces. "What's going on..." I ask, every word like a thousand daggers ripping me open.

"What is This?!" The angels asked in fury. "Take them away!" They screeched. Georgia looked at me dumbfounded and in lightning speed I grabbed Georgia in one hand and Tyler in my other and flew them out. With Tyler and Georgia screaming at my back I used a protective charm on the door leaving them outside. *

"NO!" I screeched in annoyance. I banged and bashed against the invisible bubble holding us back but it wasn't helping. "YOU'RE GONNA KILL YOURSELF LIKE YOU TRIED TOO BEFORE!" Tears raced down my cheek and my arms grew limp as the flopped helplessly at my sides. ***

I walked back up the altar and Gabriel looked at me. That is the Rebellion you were consulting with? The high angel asked in my head. ANgels were able to talk with their minds. I just gave a shrug in response. "Benign" they said. I turned to the left and at the same time my shirt on my left shoulder came down revealing my Halfbreed mark. As I grabbed the second knife, both angels swooped down and burnt the knife out of my hand. Demonica and I looked at each other in shock. Did They just stop us form sealing the contract?*

A flood of tears cascaded around me as I wept on the grass, flailing my arms helplessly. Tyler stood there speechless, staring at the chapel. I awaited the screams of Afriel, hear the women's high-pitched laugh, but none of it came. "AFRIEL!" I screamed louder than my lungs could handle before I passed out.

"What is this?!" Demonica said angrily. As soon as she spoke the words, Demonica screamed in pain and fell to her knees. "Do not speak to us in a foul voice" The angels said with no emotion. I stood there in shock. Both angels turned to me and I them. In one quick movement that I couldn't process. They both grabbed each of my arms and flew out of the chapel with 2 blinding lights behind them carrying me with them to some place I didn't know

The barrier dropped as soon as my eyes opened. I jumped too my feet and shielded my eyes from a blinding light above. I glanced up briefly and saw Afriel being carried by the two angels. Everything else around me evaporated as I spread my wings and soared after them. One of the angels stopped and placed their hand on the sky as it opened up to reveal more piercing light. My wings sped up as they slowly ascended through. I got close enough to grab Afriels leg and I was pulled in with them.

Stupid Georgia! I screamed at myself. She is going to get herself killed! I looked around and couldn't believe my eyes! We were in Heaven. But, what was Azarel doing here. It's impossible for a demon without permission to enter heaven. Suddenly ahead of us there was three gateways. On the right was pure white, unable to see to the end. My guess, the holy circle. On the left was pitch black. The Gateway to hell. In the middle was a white light with black swirls in it. What was that one? We flew right into the middle and was blinded right away. We were hit with a wave of water afterwards and I felt Georgia's grip loose on my ankles. "HOLD ON!" I screamed at Georgia. But I was too late. She screamed and she fell. "Georgia!" I screamed and tried to break free but the two angles held on tightly. I didn't know how long it was but it felt like hours that we were flying. Suddenly they released their gripped and I was falling. I screamed. Before I could see the ground. I blacked out. *

My grip loosened on Afriel as I struggled to hold on. Suddenly the water engulfed me and I dropped through the water. It felt like I was being pulled down and I just needed to breathe out. "You shouldn't have been here..." A loud strong voice echoed and I knew it was Gabriel from above. Tears streamed down my face and I inhaled, expecting to taste salty water, yet inhaling fresh sweet air. I gasped and spluttered as I marvelled at the sweet air water engulfed me and air filled my lungs as I struggled with all my might to swim back up, but the water kept pulling me down. ***

When I opened my eyes I realised I was in a black and white bed. Just then, all the memories came back to me and I screamed in pain. "GEORGIA!" I screamed. There was a loud creek as the door on the other side of the room opened. 2 little fairies the size of my forearm came in. "Hello, We are your helpers" They said. "Hel..helpers?" I asked. "All special guest have them" They said at the same time. "We are here to get you ready for court" They said "Court?" I asked. They ignored me and went to the drawers to my right. They bring out a black and white knee length dress and white heels. As they dressed me I kept asking about Georgia and their only response was that she was fine. They lead me outside and left me there. I looked around. Everything was black and white. I started walking but as I did I bumped in someone. I looked up and saw a girl around my age staring at me intently. "Hello Clary" I said. "Hello Afriel".
