Previously: Lucy walked towards the exit,"Well let's get back to Washington DC as fast as we can. We have a date to plan." He was in paralyzing shock. "Hurry up, Zac!" He shouted out as he ran towards their rented SUV.
Lucy arrived at her place and almost collapsed to the ground as soon as she entered. She leaned up against her closed door trying so hard to not pass out cold from exhaustion. She slid down and sat down on the hardwood floor. "I can't take this pressure anymore." She lowered her head and curled up into a ball as she cried. She hugged herself as tears hit the ground below. That's when her phone went off in her pocket. She lifted her head to see what the notification was. Her eyes dried up quickly and a shit eating grin formed on her face.
Friday night at midnight Lucy was on the edge of the docks all alone. She had her hands in her hoodie pockets as the wind howled and blew past her position. She glanced over at the shipping containers and two very shady guys came into view. She bowed all dramatically as she welcomed them. The moonlight was shining down on the water and Lucy as if it was a spotlight. And the docks were the stage of this very dramatic theater play. She raised her head and the wind blew down her hood. Her dark black eyes pierced their hearts like daggers. They halted and gulped hesitantly. They both pushed the fear away and glared daggers back at her with intentions to do harm in their hearts. She smirked amused and said as she leaned back casually,"Shark and Raven, it's been awhile. I'm glad you came to meet me here. I think it's about time we put the band back together. I've infiltrated the nest of drones and I'm ready to shake things up." She reached behind her and grabbed two daggers and spoke up,"It's time to go buckwild." They both dodged her attacks swiftly and looked behind them only to see two policemen peeking around the containers. The blades were now sticking out of their necks. They were both gargling on their own blood and saliva. Lucy grabbed their forearms tightly and pulled them in close. "Summon the others and meet me here next month on April 12th. We have much to discuss and should it be later than midnight? I'll do more than just kill you." They both were released and she walked away. "Oh and deal with the bodies, I have things to do tomorrow." She waved her right hand. They both watched as she left them drooling like wild animals. "What a woman..." Raven muttered under his breath. "Something's different about her, I wonder what happened?" Shark said, concerned. They both looked at each other. "She's not the same. She had a gentle touch and she didn't insult us?" Both of them were stunned and confused.
Lucy turned the corner and grabbed her chest as she panted with flushed red cheeks. "The thrill of the kill and the way they looked at me. I can't wait for the others to threaten me with their seductive gazes." She got chills as she gripped onto her arms tightly.
Lucy and the crew arrived at the location in question. "There are more frequent cases of fires all across this town than what's considered normal. We are tasked to find out what happened and who could have caused it. Lucy, you are tasked to interview the firefighters. Zachary you are tasked to inspect the film of the entire town. Adam, you are tasked to interview the families that were rescued by the fire. And I'll speak to the police. We'll get together tonight at the hotel and go over our gathered information."
They all split up and went separate ways. Lucy had the easiest job of them all, since the one who was causing the fires was obviously a firefighter. As a thrill seeker herself, it makes sense. But she's more of a fan of knives than fire. He was getting bolder with the sizes of the fires. His cool down time was slowly becoming shorter. His urge to burn things was getting more intense. She has to find him before he gets caught. She really wants to find out what makes him tick. She knows full well why she's like this way but it's only interesting to hear why other killers or crazy people do whatever they do.
