Neil walked towards the lady holding the chit of same number and made her turn. Neil was hoping it to be Avni but when he saw the lady Neil's smile faded it was someone else.
Neil: Hi actually we have the same number chit that means we are partners.
Lady: Ohh ohkkk.
Neil smiles and looked towards his left only to see Avni with some other guy, tall and fair but Neil cannot see any guy near Avni except him.
Priya: Okay so everyone got their partners so lets start the dance.
The music begins. Avni keeps her hand the guys shoulder and on the guys shoulder and starts to sway with the music. Neil is also dancing but he is not even touching an inch also of that lady and is just looking at Avni with the corner of his eyes.
Neil (in mind): Dekho to kaise chipak chipak ke nach Rahi hai. Aree aree aree kaisa aadmi hai vo Kisi aur ki biwi ko are Kisi AUR ki Kya Neil Khanna ki biwi ke sath dance karra hai. Huhhh.
(Look how closely she is dancing. And this man also don't have shame and dancing with someone else's what someone else's broo with Neil Khanna's wife. Huhh)
Neil looks at the other side not to again see the view but is timely looking at them and he sees that how she is talking to that guy giggling and laughing.
Neil(in mind): Dekho to kaise Hass Rahi hai. Mere saath hoti hai to muh fulake gubaare ki Tarah baithi hoti hai.
(Look how she is laughing with him. When she is with me, she just sits making a face like balloon)
On the other side, the guy is telling something to Avni.
Guy: Vaise aapse ek baat kahu madam.
(Should I tell something to you madam)
Avni: Ji boliye na.
(Yes please)
Guy: Actually Mai yaha aaya apni wife ke sath hu aur Maine socha tha ki Mera number meri wife ke saath hi aayega but here she is dancing with some other guy.
( Actually I came here with my wife and I thought we will get the same number but there she is dancing with Someone else)
Avni: You love your wife very much na?
Guy: More than my life
Avni giggles at this.
Avni: To jaaiye aap apni wife ke saath dance kariye.
(So go and dance with your wife)
Guy: Vaise aapki Shaadi hogayi hai?
( Are you married?)
Avni listened this and her smile faded.
But she managed to smile again.
Avni: Ji nahi. Aap jaiye na aapki wife ke saath dance kijiye.
( No you can go and dance with your wife)
Guy: Then you?
Avni: Send her partner here. Problem solved.
Guy: Ye bhi sahi hai. So I'll take your leave. Nice to meet you and hopefully you will get your soulmate soon.
Avni: Hoping the same.
Avni smiles and then the guy leaves Avni and goes to his wife.
Neil looks at the left side and doesn't find Avni there.
Neil(in mind): Where did she go?
Person: Excuse me?
Neil looks at the person and it's the same guy.
Neil: Yes?
Guy: Can I have her for dance? Actually she is my wife and I wish to dance with her. You can dance with my partner. She is near the jar table.
Neil: Ohhh okayy.
Neil then quickly leaves that lady and goes to his girl.
Neil: Finally God listned to me Thank God.
Neil goes towards Avni and pats her shoulder. Avni turned and looked towards him emotionless.
Neil: Actually your partner is dancing with mine so he said that I can dance with you.
Avni: Yeah they are husband and wife.
Neil: So are we.
Avni: Oh really?
Neil looks at her.
Avni: Forget it. I don't want to create any scene here. Let's dance.
Neil nods and holds her hand and pulls her towards him with a force. Due to force Avni's hand went on his chest and Neil's hand is on her waist and they are swaying with the music. A mixture of emotions can be seen in their eyes. They are trying to convey something but none can get it. Neil's left hand slowly moved from her waist to her cheek and cupped her left cheek. With the other hand Neil tightened his grip on Avni's waist pulling her more towards him and as they are dancing in the corner no one is noticing them. Avni's hands slowly moved and went around Neil's neck. They touch their foreheads with each other and are lost in each other as they are feeling this feeling after freaking 3 years. They both were craving for this which can be made out from their eyes. They are totally lost in each other , in each other's eyes, in each other's warmth, in each other's arms. Neil is moving towards Avni's trembling lips slowly. Both can feel each other's warm breath on each other's lips.
