Richie's POV
Christmas was less than a week away and I haven't gotten Bev or Eddie anything.

We're doing the gift exchange for secret Santa on Friday. It's Tuesday. Christmas is on Sunday.

Eddie's been sleeping more. He hasn't been having nightmares as much, but when he does have them they're worse than ever.

"Hey Rich, are you going somewhere?"

"Yea Eds, I gotta go Christmas shopping."

"Oh okay. I'll see you when you get back."

I give him a quick kiss on the lips before walking out.

Okay. Eddie's easy to shop for. I just need a picture frame. Butterfingers. And then some secret things you'll find out later. Eddie doesn't get his present until Sunday though, since I didn't get him for secret Santa.

I get everything for Eddie's gift, and then get Beverly a necklace online. I got to custom engrave it so I had it say, my favorite redhead.

Beverly and I are close. We used to hate each other though. It's really funny.

The necklace was $23 plus the shipping cost since I used the 2-day shipping, which was $7.

I get back... home. I'm still not used to calling it that.

I go to my room and wrap Eddie's present.

Friday (gift exchange)

[Eddie has Richie, Richie has Bev, Bev has Stan, Stan has Mike, Mike has Bill, Bill has Ben, Ben has Eddie]

Eddie's POV
Ahhh Christmas. I love Christmas.  Especially losers' Christmas, or the gift exchange.

And I got Richie this year. So I get to get him extra stuff.

Bev- Okay losers, who wants to give their gift first? I want to go last because I always go last.

Stan- I can go first. So I got Mike. Who is incredibly difficult to shop for by the way.

He got him a few books. Mostly about history because he is a giant history nerd, but we love him for it.

Mike- Thanks, Stan. Which means it's my turn, and I got Bill.

He got Bill a notebook. Inside the cover, it has a note from Mike.
"I've seen your skills, so I want you to write. Become an author because I know you can. But I want a signed copy of your book"

Bill- I love it, Mike. Okay, I got Ben.

He got Ben books, Fantasy books. Fantasy books are Ben's favorite books.

Ben- Omg I love it, Bill. You're amazing. And that means it's my turn. I got Eddie.

He got me a sketchbook. Not a lot of people know I enjoy drawing. He also got me pens, markers, and paint.

Me- Thanks, man. I needed a new sketchbook. And I got Richie.

I hand Richie his gift. I gave him some Polaroid pictures of us, his favorite candy (sour patch kids), some pictures I drew for him, and some new Hawaiian shirts.

Richie- Wow thanks love. I love it. Alright, I got Bev.

He hands her a necklace, it says "my favorite redhead"

Stan- Wow Rich. What about me?

Richie- You're my favorite Jew. By the way, you're celebrating Christmas, Jews don't do that.

Stan- Whatever can we just move on

Bev- Okay I got Stan.

She got Stan a bird book, and a camera, which she said can only be used to take pictures of birds.

Dad- Hey Eddie, can you come to help me with something? Richie you too

Me- Coming dad

We go up there to get the hot chocolate he made.

Me- Alright everyone, here's hot chocolate, and now let's watch a movie.

We sit in the same spots we always sit in, and I fall asleep. For a little bit.
