While you and your mom was go home to take this little girl until we would do for her, mom told me that there something in her nose.
"Daughter I feeling to sneeze so hold on something" said mom "ok mom" after I said that I hold on her horn until she done but a few second someone came out of her nose
"Bless you...IS THAT JACOB HOLLAND!?" I shouted at my mom while the hunter is swinging in the air and my mom lift her head up to see for herself and come face to face with him
And fall again there a knife coming at him but he saw it and dodge it and mom swing him again and he hit a tree he grab it and stab it so he can stop swinging and turned to us and talking to someone
"Hold on lass" and he climb his knife and pull the ropes so he can get I pat my mom head to grab the rope and pull it and she did and the little girl again
Jacob! They try to grab each other but fail and the hunter fell and now dangling in the tree
"Mom grab the little girl!" I said and she did the little girl started to be scared a little but she stop and look at us for a moment and she turned her head left and right and me and my mom did the same thing.
She got confused for a moment I slid down of my mom head and land on her nose and I wave to the little girl but I flinch of pain because I still injured after the battle and that the moment was over the hunter came back and he was about to attack us the little girl untied her boots and she swing in the air and landed on the tree and the hunter landed on the sand.
I laugh a little bit because how much sand was on his face and he continued to try to kill us
"All right, I have my fun mom big wave time" I said and she made a big wave
"Oh bloody hell" said the hunter and he was wash away
After then that we left them in the beach and we went back home
Maisie pov :
I was reading me book about the beast and the devil but why both of them didn't kill us?
"Get your strength. We're leaving in the morning" he cut his fruit and drink it I copy his action and I look at me book for a moment
"Me book says the beasts used to come right up to shore. That nowhere was safe. Is that true?" I said try to cut the fruit but fail.
"Of course it's true" said Jacob and he comes to cut my fruit for me.
"You saw it?" I said
"It was before my time, but everyone knows it's true." Said Jacob he give me half of a fruit
"What if them things ain't as bad they say? I mean, the sea is their home.we went after them, didn't we? what if we just left 'em alone?" I said
"We kill them because they kill us. Do I need to remind you that one of them things took your parents? Should they have left the monster alone?" Said Jacob
"I...don't know" I said
"Oh, you are lost, girl. Your parents died heroes" said Jacob he walk away.
"I want to believe that, but maybe you can be a hero and still be wrong." I said turned to Jacob
"You're not making..." they stop fighting until they heard growls from outside and then went back to fighting.
"You're not making any sense." He said
"Why did red and her swallow us?" I said and stand up straight
"Oh, "red" is it and "her" is it him?" Said Jacob
"She's, not it or a him. I think both of them are female, I think they was protecting us from crow." I said
