❝ I yearn to break free from my brother's shadow and carve out my own identity. It's time for me to have a name that is solely my own. ❞

Beep beep beep!
"Ugh, what that noise?" I muttered to myself.
I squinted my eyes and spotted my alarm clock on snooze. I scratched my head while sitting on my bed. I glanced at the time and remembered something.
Hang out...
"Huh?!" I yelled. Then it all came back to me. I promised Momoi-chan to meet at Go Go Curry! today!
I rushed to the bathroom to take a shower and get ready. Then, I immediately ran to my closet to pick out my outfit. I wore my oversized white shirt over my black jacket, my black shorts, my white socks, and my light gray Nike shoes.
While I was doing my hair, I heard my servant calling me. "Young master, you're going to be late for your hangout with Momoi-san."
"Kaneko-chan? Why didn't you wake me up?" I whined as I looked back at her.
I quickly brushed my hair, made a high ponytail, and grabbed my black cap.
As I descended the stairs, no one was at the table.
"Where's Nii-san?" I asked one of the servants.
They sweatdropped, and one of the servants spoke up. "He left for a training session with the Generation of Miracles."
My eyebrows furrowed as I heard the news.
That jerk!
I rushed to the kitchen and grabbed a couple of Dorayaki, shoving them in my mouth.
I turned red as a tomato because of my good-for-nothing brother that left without saying goodbye. He's so full of himself.
"Call me when he's home," I ordered, turning around as they all nodded.I ran back to my room and quickly got my phone.
As I bid goodbye, I insisted on walking to the restaurant, which was a few streets away.
—
"Sera-san, you're here!" A voice shouted from my left. I quickly turned to the direction of the sound and saw a pink-haired girl waving at me from the corner.
I smiled as I approached her. "Hey Momoi-chan, how are you?"
"I'm fine, Sera-san!" She giggled. "By the way, did I ever tell you that you look exactly like Seijuro-kun today?"
"Yeah, like, for the millionth time! Of course, we look alike, we're literally twins!" I turned reddish from annoyance and anger. She just laughed at me.
Yep, Seijuro and I are twins, and to be fair, I'm the good looking one.
"So, what do you guys want to talk about?" I looked at her, trying to change the topic.
"Well, I was thinking about which high school we were going to attend." She grinned as she patted the table, signaling me to sit down.
"I don't really care where it is, just that it has nothing to do with my brother." I rolled my eyes as I sat down.
I mean, not that I have pure hatred for my brother. But it's just that it's really tiring to be his shadow, you know? Considering that he's my little brother.
"Fufu~ You really do hate your brother, don't you?" she sighed as she rested her head on her right hand.
I crossed my arms, leaning against the chair that I sat on. "Hate and annoyance are two different things."
"Besides, I want to create my own name for once. Someplace where I can shine my own talent!"
"And where are you going exactly?" She raised her brow with a blank face.
I smirked, "Seirin High".
She gasped, "Uwah~ Never heard of it, but it sounds perfect for you, Sera-san!"
"Exactly! That's the point, it's not known, right?" I said, my eyes shining with excitement.
As Momoi cheered me on, she reached into her pocket and started checking out this so-called 'Seirin High'.
"Hmm... It says here that there's only a men's Basketball club, since the school just opened last year," she mumbled, scrolling through her phone.
Hearing this news, my jaw dropped. "WHAT?! WHY— HOW?!" I shouted.
"How am I gonna surpass my bro now?~" I whined as I faked sobbed on my seat.
Momoi took a short pause and said, "How about making a new identity?"
That caught my attention, and I raised my head to look at her in confusion. "What do you mean?"
"Like pretending to be a guy and stuff," she pursed her lips.
It took me a few seconds to process what she just said. "Wait, I can do that?!" I exclaimed and jolted to the table, startling Momoi.
She sweat-dropped as she looked at my excited reaction, "Well yeah, your rich, right? All you have to do is fake your identity and change your looks."
"That sounds exciting! You're really amazing, Momoi-chan!" I grinned at her and ran for a hug.
"Hehe, no problem, Sera-san!" She hugged me back with a smile. "Now all we have to do is prepare for your new identity!"
I may be stupid right now, but I'll do anything and I mean anything for my dream.
We both smirked at the same time and stepped back to look at each other.
