"We really didn't think this through, didn't we?" I asked, disappointed, with a frown etched on my face.

Momoi nodded in agreement. "Who would have known that hiding our identity would be so difficult?"

"Everyone," I replied with a long sigh.

Right now, Momoi and I are in Aeon River Town, carrying a dozen bags filled with men's clothing and accessories.

Life update: we're exhausted.

"All that's left is to alter your physical appearance, Sera-san," she said to me with a tired expression.

As I slowly regained my strength, I nodded in agreement. "Yes, we need a lot of padding for my chest."

Momoi gave me a thumbs up before collapsing on a bench.

"Since your physique is already masculine, we don't really need to cut your hair into a guy's hairstyle," Momoi said, "although it needs to be a little bit shorter."

"Got it," I hummed as I sat on the chair in the salon that we had entered a few minutes ago.

"We'll need some contact lenses, hair dye, and these too!" she said as she rummaged through the salon's cabinets.

"And since you're already tall, there won't be any problem for people to believe that you're a guy or for you to get accepted into the basketball club," she added while randomly placing things in her paper bag.

"Wow! I'm totally going to share this with Dai-chan!" Momoi squealed as she pulled out her phone and dialed Aomine.

I paused, instantly calling her out. "Hey, don't tell anyone about this."

"And I mean, anyone," I emphasized firmly, causing Momoi to sweatdrop in realization.

"Noted, Sera-san," she replied, closing her phone and putting it in her pocket.

No one can ever know about this, especially not my brother...

I don't recall how my brother and I drifted apart over the past few years, but his constant shadowing of me wasn't the only reason for sure. Only time will tell when we will have a decent understanding with each other.

But now is not the time to think about that. In a few months, I'll be entering a whole new world without my brother... and it's exciting!

Speaking of which, I should think about what my new name and other information will be.

"Hmm, mid-cut or short cut?" The woman to my right hummed, snapping me out of my thoughts. She asked her customer, who sat beside me.

"I'll take a short cut," he replied in a deep voice with a grunt.

Damn, he was so muscular. He reminds me of Aomine, with his tall figure, tanned skin, and foreign features. As I was about to comment on his piercings, he caught me staring and gave me a stern look.

Shit!

I quickly looked away, feeling embarrassed. Even after I turned away, I could feel his gaze lingering on me. But soon, he went back to his own business.

"Are you ready, madam?" The woman beside me asked, holding a comb and a spray bottle.

I took a deep breath and nodded.

Theres no turning back.. let's do this!

"Goodness, Sera-san, you look incredibly handsome!" Momoi exclaimed, practically fangirling over my appearance for the past hour. "I can't wait to see you in your uniform!"

A/N: The best description I can give of her appearance is that she looks like Seijuro, except with long, dark red hair and orange eyes (thanks to the contact lenses).

"Well, I can't argue with that," I smirked, winking at her mischievously, causing her to squeal even louder. "But, there's something else..."

I trailed off, allowing a moment of anticipation to build.

"From now on," I said, enunciating each word clearly.

We both came to a halt and locked eyes for a brief moment. I couldn't help but notice how her pink eyes contrasted with my own fiery red ones, almost making the orange contact lenses transparent.

"Call me Seraph Takahashi."
