Why must it always be
"Till death do us part"
Is our love that fragile, sweetheart?
Can't we lay side by side in eternity
Holding hands like we always dreamt to be?
Amidst the stars, you shine the brightest
I'll be next to you, reaching for your hand
The earthlings will call it the magic of science
As two heavenly bodies collide and blend
We're just two stars orbiting together
Stars made up of the same stardust, making us one
Our souls will dance together, beyond forever
As this universe fades and the journey is done
So my darling, hold me close in your arms
And promise to never leave my heart
For even after death do us apart
Our love will transcend this earthly harm
