"lemme get somethings before we leave" Bryce said as he grab a few stuff. he then grab a weighed blanket along with a few hoodies in dark colors and 3 bottles of a very familiar perfume

nessa sat in the kitchen finishing a power point of hers for her uni project and thesis. shit has been draining her out because she have more hours but less years meaning she's taking extra credits to graduate fast. her head hurts and her throat is dry and her laptop is almost gonna shut down

"gonna give some things to someone. wanna come?" bryce said as he pulled up to nessa's driveway. the 3 other people in the car just nodded

kio,mads and josh stand up and followed bryce

"nothing change?" Bryce said as he enter the house

"nothing" Quinton responded as he points to nessa, who's now hyper focused on her laptop

jaden lay on the floor with headphones on not knowing the presence of the other people around

bryce threw a shoe at jaden and he sat up locking eyes with mads and josh .
jaden rolled his eyes and lay back down

"J wanna help nessa for a second, babydoll is too hyper focused on her works" Quinton spoke

jaden raised his head and ran to her bedroom to grab a charger. no words was exchange. nothing was heard. just dead beat silence

jaden plugged the charger and move nessa's hand for a second so that he can plug the adaptor to the laptop

"hyper focus?" Josh finally spoke

"yup. meaning, she don't know or realize people is even around her. she's too focused and too busy to notice any of y'all. a little like she's out of reality but just a little, if a whole out of reality. she's fucked" Jaden explained

"snap her out of it for a second" Bryce said scratching his forehead
jaden slammed the laptop close earning a 'what the fuck' from nessa

"shut up. i got you something" Bryce said putting the box infront of nessa

"dude hold on. my fucking laptop" she laughs

she saw mads and josh them smiled then rolled her eyes to kio making jaden and Q laugh

"you still hate him" Quinton laugh

"always have and forever will" nessa whisper

"should i be concern?"  nessa said looking at the box

"nope. you should be happy" bryce said with a sus smile

"bryce." nessa said with stern and seriousness

"why don't you trust me!" bryce laughs

"dude, the amount of times you did this bullshit and it turns out to be a prank is unbelievable"

"last time you did that to Q. we was lookin' for the spider for three days" Jaden recalls

nessa and mads burst out laughing

"im not kidding!" Jaden defend

"come here. pinky promise its nothing bad" Bryce said pulling out his Pinky

"i believe in you. i trust you. do not break it" nessa finally admit

she pulled the ribbon and open the huge white box

she squeal when she saw the perfumes

"I love you i love yoy i loveeee youuuu"Nessa yelled as he pulled bryce into a hug

"kuya?" Nessa called as he looked for bryce. kuya? older brother. thats what it meant.  Bryce and Nessa are siblings, non biological but still. Bryce's mama call nessa her long awaited daughter

bryce always laughs about it

"yes, sissy?" Bryce replied. Nessa looked at him with blood shot eye, Bryce stood up in a panic

"I-" Without a word, he pulled his sister for a hug.
"what's wrong?" Nessa didn't respond but sobs fuilled the room. Bryce wrapped his arms around the small girl as he felt his shirt get wet

"Its alright, im right here" Bryce coo. He can't stand the sight of his sister cryong like that

"Brynn, Please tell me" Bryce said now using the nickname that matches his name

"Bryce? Brynn?" Mama Lucia calls

"Mama" Nessa said getting out of Bryce's arms and running to her.

"I- mads and josh are waiting for you"  Mama said with a low voice, all her attention now turned to her daughter who's wailing on her arms

"oh my angel, what is it" Lucia coo

she bring nessa in her room and talked to her

"its- its too much! mama i don't like it!" Nessa's distress brought Bryce to tears. her eyes look over to them to see mads and josh too. Josh's eyes are glossy too, almost saying that he felt her pain and wishes all her pain to go away
