"MILE PHAKPHUM ROMSAITHONG! WAKE UP AT THIS INSTANT!"
Mile grunted. He was awake since his first alarm, but he just wants to laze around for a few moments before starting his day. It's weekend!
However, his brother was currently outside of his room, knocking on his room's door.
"GO AWAY, TONG!" Mile shouted back. He pulled the duvet over his head, trying to hide away from the day.
"FINE. I'LL BREAK YOUR DOOR," Tong replied. Mile cursed his brother in his head while walking to open the door to the said brother.
"What do you want, Tong? I want to sleep in," said Mile.
"Hello, little brother. Good morning," grinned Tong. Mile rolled his eyes.
"What do you want?" whined Mile.
"Fast, shower and get ready. We are going out today," Tong ushered Mile to his bathroom.
"Where? Why don't you ask Jeff? He does not have any classes today," protested Mile. Even though he was 31 years old, he still a whiner and a kid at heart.
"He's out to pick up his boyfriend. They will meet us at the orphanage," said Tong. Mile's ears perked at the mention of orphanage.
"Sunshine orphanage?" he asked.
"Correct! My brother is so genius," said Tong while pinching Mile's cheeks.
"Tong, stop hurting my cheeks," Mile whined again.
"But you are so cute. Well, you are handsome but at the same time a cutie," giggled Tong. Mile rolled his eyes.
"Mama and Papa will come too?"
"Of course! You know the owner of Sunshine is their friend. And we have been funding the orphanage since we were in diapers, baby brother," said Tong.
"Why are you always terrorizing me? Why don't you terrorize Jeff?" asked Mile, dissatisfied.
"Nah, I will terrorize my baby brothers equally. Now shoo, shower and get ready. We'll go after you have breakfast. By the way, mama and papa already had their breakfast and now being lovey-dovey in the garden. What if we have another baby brother or baby sister? Oh my goshh that would be awesome!" squealed Tong.
Mile threw a pillow at Tong. "Stop thinking pervert-ly of our parents, you idiot!" shouted Mile before disappearing into bathroom.
Tong cackled. He soon made his leave. Tong, 33 years old was the eldest son of the Romsaithong. Typically, the first born will have to take over the mantle of family business but Tong was not. He passed the mantle to Mile, the second son of the Romsaithong. However, Tong did have his own businesses centered around fashion and koi fish. The youngest of the Romsaithong, Jeff, was into music. He was more or less a singer at the moment. He also had his own business, which was establishing his own entertainment label. Jeff still in his baby steps with his entertainment label but he had his boyfriend to go through thick and thin in showbiz.
It was almost 11 am when Mile was done with his breakfast. He proceeds to greet his parents. It was a tradition in the Romsaithong household that every morning, they need to greet their parents. Mr. and Mrs. Romsaithong was in their garden when Mile approached them.
"Morning, ma, morning, pa," Mile greeted them. He gave them kisses on their cheeks. At first, he was shy with showing his affections but when you had a brother like Tong, you became immune to it. Tong was a big fan in showing affections in public. Mile and Jeff were not safe from Tong's PDA attack.
"Morning, Mile. You sleep well?" Mr. Romsaithong asked.
"Yes, I did papa until Tong came banging on my door," Mile rolled his eyes. Mr. Romsaithong chuckled at his second son antics. People may be intimidated by Mile's cold and chick persona, but his second son was just a cutie and a softie.
"Aw, don't be mad at Tong. We are going to Sunshine today. And we would love if all three of you could join us," said Mrs. Romsaithong. "Plus, I believe that you don't want to miss this chance, isn't it, Mile?" added Mrs. Romsaithong.
There, busted. Mile definitely could not hide anything from his parents. Even his crush on a certain teacher in Sunshine Orphanage could not escape his mother keen eyes. Mile had been harboring the crush since he was 12.
"The last time you met him was when you were 12. Aren't you curious to see how he's grown up to?" asked Mr. Romsaithong.
"Yes pa, I would love to meet him," said Mile, smiling.
It was a lie. His personal bodyguard, Big, was from Sunshine. So, he more or less had caught a glimpse of the man through Big. And he might had asked Big a few things about the said man. Well, you connect the dots by yourself. Mile was a fool in love.
"Jeff is bringing Barcode. It's been a while since I met the kid," said Mrs. Romsaithong.
Apparently, all Romsaithong sons were in love with a man. The head of the family was fine with it, though. Mile used to ask his parents, was it okay if they could not give them descendants. Mrs. Romsaithong brush it off with a list of alternative ways to have blood related descendants. The sons never ask anything anymore.
"Good morning, ma! Good morning, pa!" Here comes the typhoon in the shape of Tong. He gave both of his parent's smooches on cheeks.
"Morning, son. You are so happy today. Something happened?"
"Why ma, why you always know whatever happening to your sons?" whined Tong.
"I'm your mother, of course my mother instinct serves me great," winked Mrs. Romsaithong.
"Ughh, fine. My doctor boyfriend touched down already. Currently waiting for his luggage. He said he wants to join our outing at Sunshine," informed Tong.
"Oh, Pol is back home? I thought his conference would last until next week," said Mile.
Another thing about them siblings, they never hide anything from each other. Apparently, they knew each other schedules and whereabouts, and that extended to their partner slash lover as well.
"The more the merrier. Do you need car to pick him up, Tong?" asked Mr. Romsaithong.
"No need Pa. Let him takes the taxi. I'll drive him home after. Which means, can I use one the cars?"
"Yeah. Use whichever you like as long as you are not going to crash them," said Mr. Romsaithong. Tong whined at the jabs.
Tong was a reckless driver. He literally broke all the existed traffic laws. As long as he can reach the destination in mind, all the laws were forsaken.
"Since Tong and Jeff bring their own cars, then I'll drive us to Sunshine," Mile offered. His parents easily agreed.
It seems like they will have 3 cars going to Sunshine Orphanage but nope, another 3 or 4 cars will follow behind. They were their bodyguards. The perks and the curse of being billionaire, they literally had an invisible bounty on top of their head.
