I DIDN'T PROOF READ. I'm standing next to Wyatt, when all of a sudden the recruiter from Mountain College screams and runs away. "UF-" Zed can't even finish from shock. "Woah!" Addison says in amazement next to him. I turn to Wyatt. "This can't be happening!" He takes my hand and we run to hide behind a tree.
(After song)
We're now standing in front of the aliens. I look at the slightly taller male. He's kinda cute I thought to myself. I see him looking at me and I smile. He smiles back at me and his face goes into shock when the Z-patrol takes them away. "Arrest these monsters!" My dad screams. Monsters? They're using that term again. It's offensive now that we've welcomed them. I guess things haven't changed. I take Wyatt's hand and take him to my dad's Z-patrol car. I get in and so does he. "What are you up to y/n?" "I'm driving to the station. This can't happen again. I need to see what happens. But I know dad will be mad when he finds his car missing." I laugh. "This is why we loved you from the start!" He laughs along.
At the station~
We rush inside and the principal takes me aside. "I need you to go to the male alien. He's alone and he just broke out of the cell. Someone needs to keep an eye on him." "Will do" I leave Wyatt and go to the alien. I walk inside and close the door. "Got out huh?" I smile at him. "Nothing can keep me inside here. What's your name pretty human?" Oh, so he's that type of person. "Don't get that confident on me. But I'm y/n. What's your name pretty boy?" I tell him jokingly. He matches my vibe. I like having him around, that's for sure. "A-lan. So-" before he can finish, my dad knocks on the door. "You can come out now! Oh and y/n, I'm still mad at you for taking my car. You know you can't drive!" I sigh and open the door, signaling A-lan to follow.

"So it's decided then. The aliens can take part in the competition, but then leave as soon as it's over" my mom says. I smile, excited to get to know them. We walk to the car and get in. "Wait, can I walk home?" I ask, seeing the pack. "Fine, just be home before dinner" mom sighs. "Thanks!" I get out the car and join them. Wyatt throws an arm around me. "Joining us I see?" I look up at him. "Well of course. I don't wanna sit through a lecture about the aliens in the car." I laugh. "Want me to walk you home?" He asks. "That'd be great"
We step up to my door. "Well I'll see you tomorrow" I hug Wyatt. "Yes, good night" "Good night" I wave as he runs to the woods. I walk inside and go sit at the dinner table. "Well, was that Wyatt?" Mom asks across the table. I stuff my mouth with pasta, because I'm so hungry. "Mhm" I murmur out. "Sooooo, do you like him" Addison nudges me. "Maybe, maybe not." "Well I think he's a wonderful boy. He's always so cheery to see you. The way he smiles at you, I can tell he likes you!" Mom looks at me knowingly. "Okay fine! I do like him. We've been really close ever since they came. He really- they all really welcomed me as a close friend. They see something in me that others don't. I enjoy hanging out with them, especially Wyatt." I confess. "Now good night" I stand up and hug them all one by one. "Love you!" I run to my room and lay down, falling asleep after the long day.
