This morning, I was really excited for school. Well, mainly to see the aliens and share an exciting secret. I could be an alien? Or maybe Addison because she has full white hair. But knowing the aliens chose me to help them makes me feel a rush. I can't tell anyone and that's what gives me the rushing feeling.

At school

I'm sitting in study hall, not really studying. I'm currently looking through the books of Seabrook history. I'm also thinking that maybe my grandmother had a way of saying that maybe it was her most important thing.

When I was a kid, my grandmother would tell me that "a monster is made not born". And it stuck with me ever since. I had more of a connection with her than Addison ever had. She always gave me advice, because she saw me as the more mature one. I always read into everything that anyone did.

Looking through the books, I didn't really find anything else, except for the Seabrook Cup, which we already know about. I don't want to focus just on the Cup, because it could be something else and we would be out of time. Sooner or later the aliens will get caught, so we need to move fast

"Found anything yet?" I heard a cocky voice behind me. I looked up and was met face to face with A-lan. Our faces were so close. Too close. I felt the blood rushing to my cheeks. I looked down at his lips and quickly snapped out of it.

"Umm no, not really." I turned my head to the book in front of me, just to find something else to focus on. "It might be the Seabrook Cup, but could be something else. Better safe than sorry." I looked up at him again and gave him a smile.

I noticed him looking at my lips for a second and back up at me again. Does he? No. I snapped out of my thoughts and put my hand on his shoulder. "I'm doing my best, we'll find it. Don't worry." I tried my best to get rid of the tension. "Oh I know, with you, we don't have to worry about a thing." He flashed me a toothy grin.

He sat down by the table and we continued searching through the books. Here and there we made a few jokes and we had a really fun time, until it was time to go home. I walked home on my own this time... unfortunately.
