Chapter 5

The next day

I'm currently sitting in Biology when I hear someone coming into the classroom. "Could I please borrow y/n?" I look up and see it's All-ie."Fine, you teenagers don't even care about class anymore," the teacher sighed. That's quite offensive, I love my academics. "I'll be back, and I do care about my grades for a matter of fact." I huffed and walked into the hallway with All-ie.

"Okay so, I called you out here because I think you're trustworthy. You have part white hair and it's strange because of your sister. The thing is, we didn't come here for the cheer thingy competition." I knew there was something off about them. But the werewolves did the same when they came to Seabrook so there's no place to judge them.

"I will help you with whatever it is if you don't lie about it. Because I'm a little tired of people lying to me. So maybe just get to it." I follow her, knowing well I won't be going back to class. "We're here because our planet was destroyed and we're looking for our new home. The coordinates is in the most precious thing in Seabrook. Do you know what that is?"

"If you have a leed on information, maybe I could help you. That sounds really terrible. I will do my best to help you find it." I mean, it's the least I could do for them since I kinda betrayed A-lan. "I appreciate your help human. I do indeed have something to help." She took my hand, "Are you ready?" I frowned confused. "For wha-," before I could continue she said, "Mother ship, take us up!"

We were brought up to the ship and I looked around. "Nice place you got here." "Thanks, but it's not what we want to call our home." She led me to another part of the mother ship. "I only want you to know about this for now. I think you're the most trustworthy of all the others y/n. I've seen you interacting with us, you've been way more understanding." I smile at her, it really meant a lot to hear her say that.

"And that's why we want your help." I heard another voice behind me. I turned around and saw A-lan and A-spen. They turned on something and a video appeared of-, "My grandmother?!" "The captain is your grandmother?" Captain? This was getting even more confusing. They played the video and it's exactly what All-ie told me. The only weird part was that my grandmother was an Alien. "Wow, that sure was a lot of new information!" I laughed it off awkwardly.

I thought of everything that could be important in Seabrook. I couldn't recall anything. "I'll need time to figure this out." They nodded, "Yes of course." "Zed, your kind friend told us that it was the moonstone. We already tried it, nothing," A-spen admitted sadly.  "That's because it's most important to the werewolves, not Seabrook." I told them, crossing my arms and trying to think. "Wait! My grandmother said she loved cheer. It might be the Seabrook Cup, because she made it!" I smiled eagerly. "You might be right! You're amazing," A-lan smiled at me.

"Then I'll hope my sister wins the Cup! If she doesn't, I'll have no other choice than to steal it." All-ie grinned at me. "I see why we chose you. You remind me of myself kind of." "Okay, I'll have to take her back. It's getting late," A-lan said. "Oh yeah, right." He held his hand out for me and I took it, feeling electricity flow through us. We smiled at each other and he teleported us down to my house. "I'll see you tomorrow then y/n." "Yeah, can't wait." I smiled at him and before he walked away, I made the decision to hug him.

It felt so good and warm. Hugging him felt so comforting, I could stay like this forever. But not now, maybe another day. We let go and greeted each other. He teleported up again. I walked inside and went straight to  shower. I was so tired. I went to bed, feeling excited to work with the aliens. It felt good having attention on myself for once. Not being in the shadow of my sister.
