"to be that little voice in those kids heads. to be their torture or their savior. depends on them"

"leave. if we get too close, we'll destroy each other and you don't want that, do you?"

Lesso placed Agnes down on the floor, gently. After she left, you fell down onto your knees and cried while the other cats came to you, trying to comfort you.

You chuckled, "maybe we were never meant to be, huh"

Little did you know, Lesso was from the other side of the door, listening. She felt bad but it was the right thing to do.

Few more months came in and the next generation came to the school. As the kids were getting into their schools, Lesso noticed you.

You were floating around like the cheshire you are which cause her to knock herself mentally over the fact that she got worried when you jumped off the window the other time.

It seems as if no one notices you. Lesso then made her big speech and you vanished away to who knows where. After Lesso dismisses them, she turned and walked off.

"y/n" she called out for you but no reply.

"y/n" she called out for you once more.

"you called me?"

"there you are"

"hmm?"

"i..."

"hmm?"

"I just wanted to see if you would really come if i called for you"

"is that all?" Lesso nodded and you vanished.

"why did i call her for? Are you stupid, lesso?!" she thought to herself.

As the first day went by, lesso would notice you from time to time, as you would manipulate some of her kids in your cheshire form.

Yes, you have three forms. One, your normal form. Second, your black cat form. Third, your floaty cat form.

Lesso would ignore you as if you weren't there.

One day, Lesso went back to the garden. She was greeted in the middle by the cats, "hey~" as she went down on her knees to pat some of them, "have any of you seen y/n?"

"came to check up on me? How nice of the dean of evil to do so"

Lesso stood up and faced you, "i am feeling nice today so how are you?"

"I'm alright, thanks for asking" unlike your usual self with her, your cheery personality, you were very cold. Very calm. Very distant.

"good" and she left. You sighed as soon as the door was shut. You look down at your cats, "don't look at me like that, I'm over her"

As you sat by the lake, "i shouldn't be into her anymore. Why am i still huh?"

"meow"

You smiled.

Lesso had stopped visiting you. She got busier as the days went on with being the dean and all. However, it was also because of how lesso is fighting with herself to stop coming to you. She knew you were still very much in love with her. So the more she went to you, the more it would make things worse and on the other hand, she keeps falling over and over again. She doesn't want to repeat the same mistake again.
