You lay in a field full of soft green grass which swayed lightly to the wind, your E/C eyes that were once staring at the blue sky were now closed, allowing the feeling of oneirataxia wash over you.
Your once calm state began to get overwhelmed by the feeling, but before you could think any further your eyes snapped open after hearing someone lay down next to you.

•Y/N's POV:•
My breathing was stable at once, I felt tense at the feeling of someone whom I didn't know was laying next to me. Slightly I tilted my head and saw the famous 'Wally Darling?!' My eye's widened, his gaze was originally to the sky before turning to stare right into mine. "Hello, neighbour! I saw that you were looking a bit lonely and decided to come and join you! I am Wally darling, what is your pretty name?" Wally asked, I stared into his patient eyes as I began to look around frantically, I sat up and felt my clothes for something. After a never-ending 6 seconds, my fingers finally ran across a bump on the grass, I picked up my notepad and pen, then wrote down my name before showing Wally. He hummed in confusion before taking the notebook and reading it, "Do you not talk? If so I completely understand." Wally gave me a closed-eyed smile, I relaxed and nodded to his question.

Me and him had gotten to know each other and became quick friends, he was a very likeable person.
"So, what is your favourite animal dear?" Wally tilted his head slightly which made me blush, I swiped my pen across the paper only to receive a dent, I ran the pen across the paper again only to receive a deeper dent, I realised that the pen has run out and naturally, I panicked.
I stood up and dusted myself off, Wally looked at me confused and followed my actions, I waved at him to follow me and we both went to my house. I opened the door and motioned for him to come inside, he did so and closed the door behind him. I rushed upstairs, leaving him at the front door and went to my room where I had a collection of spare pens and notepads. I grabbed a pen and went back downstairs, when I entered the living room I saw him looking at a picture on the wall of me, my ex and my career. I walked up to him and sighed at the sight of my ex, along with a glare. Wally glanced at me before turning his gaze to my ex, "Who is he?" Wally asked, I looked down at my notepad and wrote down the answer, he read it and glared at the person next to me. "How come you two broke up?" Wally questioned, 'a bit personal but I guess I don't mind him knowing. Not like it's going to kill me.' I thought I wrote down my answer:

'They were Toxic and abusive'

He read it quickly before giving a soft glance at me and smiling in comfort, "Hey, here, we will all help you get better. Is it because of them that you're-?" Wally glanced at my throat, and I nodded. "Don't worry Y/N. We're all here to protect you now." Wally offered me a hug to which I happily agreed. I then remembered his question and broke the hug.

'My favourite animal is F/A'

I showed him and he nodded, "Well then, I best be off now before it gets too dark. I'll come around tomorrow okay? Cya!" Wally waves and heads out the front door. I rush to the window and watch him rush to his home. 'I wonder why he's in such a rush.' I wondered.

It was the next day and I was currently brushing my teeth when I heard a knock on the door; I squeaked and began to panic about whether I should wipe my mouth and answer the door with not-so-clean teeth or just answer the door with the brush in my mouth.
Out of panic I went with the second option and went to the door with the toothbrush in my mouth, I opened the door and saw Wally there holding a massive square wrapped in rainbow wrapping paper, my eyes widened and I offered for him to come inside, "hello, neighbour! I have brought you a gift, I suppose it'll have to wait though, to finish up." Wally chuckled, I signed to him a simple thank you and rushed off to finish my business.

Once I had finished I sat down on the couch where he was comfortable and sat next to me, "How have you been today so far?" Wally asked, I smiled lightly at the fact of him actually caring and wrote down my answer:

'I am good today, how are you?'

His bright smile brightened my room as he answered with a soft "good, but it'll be even better once you open this. I made it for you." Wally offered me the massive yet skinny rectangular thing. I grabbed it and looked at him with confusion, "just open it." Wally eagerly awaited, I silently chuckled and began to unwrap the wrapping paper. Inside was my favourite animal and I hugged it. I gasped and stared at it in awe. "So what do you think?" Wally asked, I nodded frantically with a large smile. I hugged the painting before standing up and going to my room, Wally followed me yet stopped outside my door, I looked at him confused and he gave me a glance as if asking if he could come in, I nodded and he entered. I decided to hang the painting near my window and it looked perfect.

I turned around and hugged Wally, he hugged back and whispered:

"You're welcome darling."
