Delaney Maybank

 Chapter 2

(SUPER QUICK, A/N I HAVE DECIDED TO MAKE RAFE BE 17 BUT 6 MONTHS OLDER THEN JOHN B :) OK NOW ENJOY)

*JJ POV*

It's been a few hours and now it's  2:04 am on Wednesday April 5th. I got back to the Château about 3 hours ago. I just can't sleep delaney's words keep circling in my mind."I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE FUCK I'M IN TROUBLE YOU'VE BEEN SMOKING WEED FOR LONGER THEN I HAVE AND YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'ER A FUCKING HYPOCRITE JUST LIKE DAD!!!"

I don't understand how I'm like are dad. I have always looked out for Delaney ALWAYS. But as mad as I am I noticed something right before I left. Delaney was CRYING. Delaney doesn't cry EVER. And even though I'm pissed beyond pissed I know something has to be wrong. I just don't know what.

~TIME SKIP~

I woke up to a very soft knock on my door. I must have fallen asleep at some point. I got up and walked towards the door. As soon as I opened it I saw Delaney standing there she was slightly shaking and crying. She looked like she had't slept all night.

Even though I was still very mad she is my little sister. So I put my arms out for her to hug me. She hesitated at first which made me feel bad. I nodded my head a bit to tell her that it was okay.

A few minutes later she pulled away from the hug "I'm s- s- sorry your nothin l- l- like da- dad" she hiccuped out but no louder then a whisper "I know you didn't mean too and it's fine you were mad I do the same thing but please try not to say that I'm like dad when you know I'm not okay?" I whispered back.

She just nodded her head. I pulled her into my room and put her on my bed. "You need sleep now because I can tell you haven't slept all night" i said quietly a little louder then before. But again all she did was nod. As I start to walk away I hear her say something. "Ca- can y- you sta- stay with m- me" she ask "ya" I felt ashamed for making her cry. At the same time though I feel like there's something else going on but I don't know what.

~time skip~

Me, John B, pope, kie and Sarah are all sat outside on the dock. It's been about 2 hours since Delaney fell asleep and she still hasn't woke up.

"Yo JJ can you focus" John B said pulling me out of my thoughts "um ya... ya wait... what's happening" I questioned "if you were listening you would know" pope spat at me very aggressively "wow pope that a rare outburst of emotion" i awkwardly laughed. "Jay just shut up and pay attention this is about your sister" kie said while rolling her eyes

~Delaney's POV~

I woke up in JJ's bed and I was extremely confused. I got up and walked out and went to the bedroom. When I was done going to the bathroom I brushed my hair because it was a mess. I looked in the mirror and saw dried tears on my face. I sighed.

When I got done brushing my hair I heard people mumbling from outside. I walked outside and saw kie, JJ, John B, pope and Sarah. why where they here? "Umm hi?" I said more as a question. They all snapped there heads in my direction causing me to step back. The only thing I hate more then crying is attention from anyone.

"Hey DJ when did you get up" JJ asked "like ten minutes ago maybe. Why what were y'all talking about?"  I asked curiosity to why as soon as they all saw me they went quiet.

"Nothing, don't worry about it everything's good" JJ rambled "hmm...ok whatever Sarah are you sleeping here tonight"I asked to make sure she was. "umm I'm not sure why?" She sounded so genuine.

Unlike me. "Oh I don't know just because I wanted to sleep at my friends house tonight but if you wanted me to stay and hang out with you?" I said in a fake sweet voice. With a fake smile as well.

As pre usual they ALL fell for it "oh no that's so sweet but you don't have to if you don't want to" she came over and gave me a hug.

I hated hugs so i rolled my eyes on Instinct but nobody saw which was good. Soon she pulled away. thank god.

"So JJ can I sleep at my friends tonight" I asked with another fake smile "ya I guess" he said as he walked in front me. "Also a little tip kid, you might wanna work on your fake smile" he whispered in my ear and back up. He laughed when he saw my face. I was in shock I didn't know he could tell. He was the one I wanted to trick the most.

"Thanks for the tip asshole" i flipped him off as I walked away "ya you to!!" He yell and I just laughed

(A/N  HII IM SORRY THIS CHAPTER IS SHORTER BY KINDA A LOT BUT I DIDN'T KNOW AT FIRST WHAT I WANTED TO SO WITH THIS CHAPTER SO IT WAS ONLY GOING TO BE LIKE 400  WORDS BUT THEN I GOT MORE IDEAS AS I WAS WRITING.
