Matthew Newman is an architect who love travelling and keeping the memories of his journey through writing. After a long journey in martial arts he found yoga that bring him more better perspective of life itself. Through that experience he started his mind and spiritual travel as meditation. Not a passive (sitting) meditation but an active one.
