Miruzu wanted to turn back time. She shouldn't have let her anger get the best of her. I fucking summoned darkness in broad daylight just to blind Mineta? She had thought, cursing herself. They all stood before the villain. After Bakugou released his quirk, dust and smoke surrounded them.
"Dangerous, so dangerous..." the villain muttered. "Yes, although you're still students, all of you are golden gifted eggs," he continued. Miruzu's eyes widened as she felt the shadows open up a path, not for her but for the villain.
"Go back!" Miruzu screamed and the two didn't have the chance to react to what she said when the villain suddenly started enveloping them. No. 13's hold on her wasn't that tight enough for her to be secure. She could feel the warp gate sucking her in, she tried her best but she really had no energy left. She shouted and tried to summon her shadows to dodge the gate but it wasn't possible for her remaining energy.
"The reason I came here was to scatter you and beat you to death," the villain said as they engulfed him.
No.13 tried reaching out for her and she tried to reach for the Hero's hands but she couldn't get a hold of it as she was being sucked by the warp gate mid-air. "Fuck!" she shouted as her vision turned black. The gate opened in mid-air, once she opened her eyes she saw a crash site, she immediately crossed her arms all over her face to protect and break her fall. She landed with a thud that made her groan in pain.
Son of a bitch.
A hand reached out to her. She raised her hand and she saw red spiky hair. Kirishima... "Tokuda, are you okay?" he asked despite seeing her puke blood and hearing her groan in pain. She stopped herself from rolling her eyes.
"No," she said as she struggled to stand up.
"Bakugou! Help us here, man!" Kirishima called for the ash blonde. Bakugou only looked at them, standing there. Miruzu's eyes narrowed at him as she stood up, feeling blood pooling up on her mouth, she spit it out. "That's so not manly, dude," he said as he supported her back.
"I'm fine," she muttered weakly. "I need to... travel," she continued.
"You better be," Bakugou said with annoyance in his tone. "If you weren't so damn weak, this shouldn't have happened you freaky girl!" he continued, almost barking at her. Miruzu's eyebrows meet together.
Weak?
Her eyes started turning cloud grey as she slowly leaned away from Kirishima and walked towards Bakugou. Bakugou stood there, waiting for her to come at him. "Weak?" she tilted her head as she raised her hand, slowly forming the shadows in her palm. "How dare you call me weak, you bastard? You, trying so hard to be a Hero a while back when you have just become a burden to your classmates and to our teacher," she spit out venomously. Not holding back her annoyance.
Bakugou's eyes twitched in annoyance at that. How dare she challenge me?! He had thought. He was annoyed at how the woman in front of him was acting so weak awhile back when she was supposed to be their hope to ask for help outside USJ. The moment he saw her spitting out blood and groaning in pain, his body moved without thinking, he wanted to get out of there too but it was true that they only burdened their classmates and teachers but he doesn't give a fuck. He knew now that the villain had a weakness. He had a body.
"Where's that big mouth of yours, you shit?" she taunted him. He glanced at her palms that were slowly starting to form something darker than the night sky. Before he could blink, she had already formed a sword in her hand and slashed something behind him. He heard something fall behind him and he knew well that it was a villain. He felt the cold sensation from the sword that was made of her shadows. Kirishima gaped at that.
