Miruzu didn't expect that despite Bakugou's anger issues, he was easy to work with. Bakugou kept barking her orders on what to do so she could counter him. In terms of experience, she was the better one but in terms of the usage of quirk, he knew how to work around his quirk and use it against her to beat her.
Miruzu hated it but she could see now that he's really working hard to be on top. He had this inferiority complex and at the same time he also had a superiority complex. Miruzu shook her head as she opened a shadow portal to where Bakugou's fist was directed to. She used it as a distraction and punched him in the gut which made him cough loudly.
Miruzu grinned.
"Again!"
Bakugou benefited in their training together because he could easily go to where he wanted with her quirk. He couldn't explain the feeling when he's in the shadow path. He felt numb but at the same time, thoughts came running in his head throughout the journey before he resurfaced.
"Again!"
Bakugou and Miruzu returned to train alone after training together. Miruzu let herself surrender to the darkness of the cave. The darkness swallowed her whole as she camouflaged. She opened her eyes and all she could feel was floating. She tried to shadow travel which felt more easy and safe.
She grinned as she pulled herself out and summoned weapons to her liking as she practiced her quirk to do better.
Miruzu couldn't help but sigh when Bakugou tried to light up the firewood. The result was... the wood was blasted off. Miruzu shooed him away as she put more firewood and told him to chop off the vegetables. He almost complained but didn't since he knew he could cook better than the people he called 'extras'
Bakugou was good with a knife. Miruzu looked at him as he did it smoothly to cut the vegetables fast and the cuts looked identical. They were clean cuts. Miruzu couldn't help but be amused by this and stared at his hands that looked fine...—she immediately shook her head and looked elsewhere.
"What the hell, Miruzu?" she said to herself. She could already hear Hawks laughing from a mile away.
She looked at Shoto and ran to him with arms wide open. "Shoto!! I missed you!!" she said with a wide smile on her face. Her arms wrapped around his shoulders and he slowly raised one hand of his and patted her back two times.
"Me too," he mumbled.
Miruzu felt dizzy. She didn't know if it was exhaustion or anything... her eyes widened at the purple gas that circulated around them. She was with Jirou and Hagakure. Jirou and Hagakure immediately reacted to the smoke and passed out. Miruzu's eyes widened as they fell to the ground. She knew she was strong against the gas since she was stronger at night time.
Miruzu immediately carried them somewhere safe and covered the three of them. She opened her palm and imagined a dome that was big enough to cover the three of them. She panicked, what's happening? For sure it wasn't a quirk from Class B. Sure they didn't know much about Class B but they were only tasked to scare and not use their quirks like this.
When she waited for a few moments, she thought that the gas had already cleared but then as the dome dissipated-- someone had hit her head hard immediately, she didn't have the chance to react.
