As I was closing my eyes thinking we were gonna kiss..

Wednesday shot up throwing two knives at our big window shattering it in the process while the two knives hit somethi- someone- a dark figure-

Wednesday rushed out to our balcony me following close behind her.. It was gone-

"What- or who the hell was that..-" I say shivering from the cold and a little bit from being startled

"I may have an Idea who." wednesday says picking up her bloody knifes with a handkerchief "Just in case we need to get it examined." putting it in a zip-lock bag..

I hum "Who do you suspect-?" I question walking into our dorm behind her..

She stops in her tracks in the middle of the room, I just stare at her confused..

"Thorpe." she says startling me a little "W-whys that-" I questioned..

"Hes been very.. Menacing with his  'flirting' and he isn't planning on stopping anytime soon." she says with venom and annoyance in her voice..

Just from what wednesday said about him.. Rage started bubbling in me- which has never happened this badly before.. Maybe its because I wolfed out already?

Wednesday suddenly looked at me "Enid- Are you alright." she asked with concern laced even though she tried not to show it..

I chuckle "I didn't know you cared so much wens~" stepping a little bit closer to her and getting in her face

As I'm internally screaming she just takes a step backwards "What kind of best friend would I be If I didn't care enid." that stung-

WAIT WHAT- Why did the word 'best friend' stung- when i call her bestie all the time- Oh moon goddess what is happening to me..

I didn't realize I zoned out till I felt a cold hand lightly patting my cheek "Earth to enid. Are you okay seriously- You zoning out every now and then is getting quite concerning."

"Y-ye" I cough out "Omg- Yeah! I'm aaaokayyy" I say sitting on my bed "Don't worry willa!" I say falling back and stretching my arms out with a yawn

She hums "If you say so. Goodnight Enid." she says laying down and turning off her lamp..

"Night willa.." I manage to mumble out while falling into darkness..

I stir awake due to the feeling of being watched.. Ughhhh..

I jolt up not being to handle it rubbing my eyes then seeing wednesday staring down at me non-blinking--

"AHHH- WILLA WHAT THE HELL!!" I scream voice cracking a little due to me just waking up

"Get ready were gonna be late." she deadpans walking away to go to her side

"You could've just shook me awake you know.." I say getting up rubbing my eyes again heading to the bathroom..

15 mins later..

Shit...

"WILLA! YOU STILL THERE?" I yell slightly leaning on the bathroom door so I could hear if she does respond..

"What is it sinclair." I hear her faint voice "I forgot my towel.." I say kind of embarrassed-

A few footsteps later I here her knock I open the door slightly and getting the towel thrown at my face "Ah- HEY! Ugh.. Thank you-" I say closing the door..

I hear her footsteps fading and a door opening and then closing- Shit shes already 7 minuets late for her first class- but my class wont start till.. TEN MINUETS SHIT SHIT SHIT..

After panicking about what to wear I finally got an outfit together.. Even tho i was like 5 minuets late..

Wednesday's POV

Time skip: Lunch.

I am currently walking to lunch, I don't eat at the cafeteria so I am walking to the Pentagon. Even though people call it 'The Quad' idiotic.

I usually come here because no one has come here since weems.. Not even the new principal holds announcements here.

So its rather peaceful. Only one person knows when I'm here.

"WILLLLLLAAAAA~!"

Speaking of the devil.. Or wolf.

"What sinclair."

"I just wanna have lunch with my bestieeeee~" she says so cheerfully.. I wonder how she does it.

I sigh "Okay." I say nonchalantly.

She smiles starting to eat her tray full of food. Mostly meat of course.

"Its almost a full moon, is it not?" I say.

She hums still eating "You finally get to go in the lupen cages, I presume."

Her eyes widen realizing this "OMG I COMPLETELY FORGOT" she says wiping her mouth "WENS WHAT AM I GONNA DO- I DONT WANNA BE ALONE-"

"You won't be. The other wolves will be there." I say.

"I mean.. I know but like.. I.." she says tearing up.

I put my hand atop of hers "Would you like me to go with you." I suggest "I'll bring books to keep myself busy."

She looks at me her eyes getting bright "OH EM GEEE REALLY YOU'D DO THAT FOR MEEE" she says excitedly and VERY loudly "Enid. If my eardrums explode and I go to the hospital I won't be able to accompany you." I deadpan

"Sorry- heh but oh em geeee!!" she whisper yells

"Thank you thank you thank youuuu! Your the bestttttt!!" she says kissing me on both cheeks "Mwaaa! Mwaaa!"

After she did that I think she realized that was her death certificate being signed. The look on her face says so.
