After laying in bed for a few more hours completely lost in thoughts the ringing of your alarm clock brings you to your senses.
6:15am.
That was another thing you hated, how Wanda and Bucky expected you to be awake at the crack of dawn.

Slowly, you climb out of bed not bothering to make it and head downstairs.
As you walk over to the kitchen you spot the list of chores Wanda left for you.
It wasn't a lot but it would still take a while due to your lack of motivation.
~ empty the dishwasher
~tidy your room
~take out the rubbish
~tidy the bathroom

You sigh and stare at the list for what feels like hours wishing that it would just disappear, that this was all some twisted nightmare and pretty soon you would wake up in the comforting arms of your mother.
But of course that didn't happen so matter how hard you wanted it too.
Roughly 20 minutes later you decide to get up of the stool you didn't even notice you were sitting on and start with the chores.

You get them all done relatively fast except for one.
~tidy your room.
You stared at it for a while hoping you were seeing things.
To most people tidying a room is not big deal but with you it was different seeing as spread across your floor was pictures, clothing, jewelry and more items all belonging to Natasha.

You walk up the stairs with great difficulty, your stomach aching with hunger and your head throbbing due to lack of sleep.
When you finally make it to your room your heart breaks at the sight  of all Natasha's belongings, things you had took from her and never got a chance to return, sitting on the floor you begin to sort through her things.

You slowly pick up one of her hoodies and hold it close to you and it finally sinks in that you're not going home anytime soon.
You sit there in the floor in tears questioning how everything went so wrong so fast.
You aren't sure how long you stay there but a pair of arms wrapping around you bring your mind back to reality.

"It's ok honey, you're going to be alright."
You look up slowly and see Wanda staring back at you.
"Wanda? I thought you were out"

She responds carefully not wanting to upset you even more.
"Our event was cancelled so we came back, what's the matter?"

You look up into her shining eyes, you know you can trust her but a part of you doesn't want to, the part that is still waiting for Natasha to walk through the door but you know that won't happen so you respond with a fake smile
Nothings wrong, everything's ok."
Getting up quickly you walk downstairs not wanting her to question you further.
