Bakugo's POV:

I finished making my rounds on the castle grounds when the queen called me over.

Me: My queen, what can I do for you?

Inko: I need Izuku, but no one can find him, can you see if you can get him from the forest please, you know how he is.

I nodded and dropped my weapons and ran to the nearst window. I jumped out of it and shifted, I flew toward the forest and landed near a pond that Izuku loved to swim in. I shifted back and looked around, the trees looked greener than normal, especially since it was near autumn.

Me: Deku?! I know you're there nerd! I'm not going to fucking transform to find you again, the last time we did that, we were nearly caught!

The rustling of leaves scared me as a slender dragon jumped from the bushes, it held me down to the ground and leaned in close.

Me: I'm not gonna kiss you if you're a dragon

Izuku: Hmpf!

My jaw dropped as the brat huffed in my face.

Me: You brat! Transform right now!

Izuku: ROOOAAAAAAARRRRRRR!!!!! GRRRRRRRRR!!!!

Me: Don't sass me!

Izuku: GRRRRRR!!!!

Me: And you wonder why I call you a child.

Izuku: HMPF!

I let a small smile grace my face and I kissed his nose. I see his pupils go wide and then he transformed back.

Izuku: I soo didn't see that coming. Also not what I meant.... I told you you were dismissed. Why are you here?

I grinned and pulled him closer, he placed a hand on my chest and laid his head on my shoulder.

Me: Your mom wants to talk again... I think the princess ratted you out.

Izuku: Ohh shoot! And you are telling this now?! Why didn't you say that sooner?!

Me: Oh no reason, I just wanted to hold you for a while.

We separated and he hit my shoulder. I pulled him in and kissed him again.

Izuku: I better transform back and take the shortcut. You can follow me as a dragon no one gonna say anything about you being with me anyways.

Me: You mean we. I'm not walking back by myself.

Izuku: Good, then let's go and try to keep up with me. I mean I know I am small but I am still faster than you.

I gaped and transformed as he did and flew off, I was a bigger breed, despite us being the same size as humans. I watched Izuku enjoy the wind and we flew back to the castle. Sometimes he waited for me so we can fly together but he mainly flew in front of me.

He looks so pretty.

The sunset brings out the gold scales near his eyes too.

We landed on the balcony and transformed back.

Me: I keep forgetting you can finally transform consistently. It took you so long to figure out how.

I felt him hit me and he walked off toward the dining room.

Izuku: I know... but can you blame me... I don't even belong to any of our great 4 tribes of dragons! It's not that easy to figure things out on my own.

Me: I bet you missed riding me. Now you can fly by yourself and all.

Izuku: Nothing against you but this is soo much better!

I finished putting my weapons back on and followed after him.

Me: Of course how could I assume that the oh so great prince Izuku enjoys anything else than being a golden boy?

Izuku snorted and bumped into me.

Izuku: You know sometimes I really want to slap you and curse you away mister ah so great guardian.

I gave a fake gasp and pretended to be hurt.

Me: I will have you know that, I'm not the one who asked to be your personal guard, you begged for me to be here.

Izuku: Sure, believe whatever you want! Now let's get to my mother and find out what she wants.

I opened the door for Izuku and he entered. The queen didn't smile like she normally would, the guests were gone and the room was barren of servants. I gulped as my breath became a touch heavier.

Izuku: Greetings mother, may the sun always shine upon you. Why did you call me?

Inko: Thank you dear, You may take a seat.

Izuku: Thank you mother.

I was about to stand next to him but the queen stopped me.

Inko: Katsuki my dear.

Me: Yes?

Inko: PLease give my son and I some privacy.

I bowed and exited the room, praying that Izuku wasn't in too much trouble.
