Meeting

Maks POV:

It's 2 weeks before the DWTS and DWTS Jr. premere. I'm so excited to meet my partner and our "Mini Me's." I'm waiting outside with the producers until they let me go inside. I try to picture my partner and I winning the mirror ball this season. I want it more than ever.

Maddie's POV:

I arrive to the DWTS Studio and I'm so excited to meet my DWTS Jr partner along with the pro and celebrity for the original DWTS. I walk inside and notice no one but a camera crew inside. I walk in and introduce myself to the camera crew. One of the crew members fangirled because they knew me from Dance Moms. As they set up I put on the song Rather Be and danced. As I began my turn sequence in the chorus, I heard the door open and someone walked in.

Meryls POV:

I opened the door to the practice room to find a little girl, not too little, maybe 11 or 12, dancing to one of my favorite songs. She stopped. I smiled.

"That was really good!" I said

"OMG! Thank you!" She replied, fangirling

"I'm Meryl and... Wait. I know who you are. Your Maddie Ziegler!" I said, fangirling also.

Her eyes opened up wide. "I can't believe you know who I am! I saw you at the Olympics and you were amazing! And you're so pretty!"

"Thank you!"

We were about to continue talking when we heard a Russian accent.

Maks' POV:

When i opened the door, I got so excited! Meryl Davis is my partner! she is like my celebrity crush. And I got Maddie Ziegler as Meryl's "Mini Me" and a porfessional ballroom dancer named Sam as my "mini me"!

We introduced ourselfs and got and got to work right away. I taught Meryl simple cha cha steps while Sam did the same for Maddie. I couldnt help but stare into Meryl's beautiful eyes. Stop thinking like that!

Meryl's POV:

As I learned my cha cha, I couldn't help but realize how Maks kept staring into my eyes. It was kind of creeoy but also sweet because he is pretty good look. Stop thinking like that!

After about 2 hours of making a routine, we all took a break.

Maks POV:

As we took a break, I couldn't help but notice a big dark, black and blue bruise on Maddie's stomach since she was wearing a sports bra.

"What's that?" I asked, pointing

she looked down and tried to block it

"Oh... That?... It's nothi-I fell on my stomach while doing a front aerial." She replied worried.

i shrugged and continued to talk.

Maddies POV:

He can't know the truth. How my parents beat me and my siblings everyday. When they get frustrated, we are the punching bags. I try to fight back and talk back but i just get called words I could never repeat and i am hit and punched until they're happy. If I'm not perfect, I'm the stupidest person in the worLd. But Meryl and Maks won't ever know.
