chapter 58

time skip to a few weeks later:

willows pov:

"billie!"

i called out into the still almost empty house. 

"i'm in the kitchen, love."

she answered calmly and stuck her head out of the room.

"oh, i didn't see you there."

i waddled my way over into her arms, sneaking a small kiss when i reached her. i couldn't contain my happiness as a big smile grew on my lips.

"i'm so excited to move in with you. and this house is perfect."

i beamed.

"i know, me too. feels unreal."

she pushed a strand of hair behind my ear. i freed myself from her arms and ran to our future living room. i laid down on the warm wooden floor and stared at the ceiling.

"join me, baby."

i reached for billie who had followed behind me. she grabbed my hand and laid down next to me.

"this feels like a dream."

she turned her head in my direction, admiring me from the side.

"our kids are gonna grow up in here and we're gonna have lots of dogs. and the farm where i used to ride horses when i was a kid is not too far, finneas doesn't live far away..."

she listed and i listened. 

"how many kids do you want?"

"two, or maybe three but at least two for sure, i don't want one kid to be alone."

"agreed. how many dogs?"

"shark included, two more."

"you want three dogs?"

"yeah, sharky needs some friends."

"but he already has peaches and pepper..."

"but they can't be around all the time... and i think i'd want to call one of them pluto, after your dog that passed away."

i pouted. 

"aww, baby, you're so cute. okay three dogs it is."

"thank you."

she grinned happily. 

"when do you wanna get married?"

"right now- no i'm just kidding- or am i?"

"fuck off."

i laughed and slapped her arm playfully.

"i don't know. i feel like i would marry you in a heartbeat but thinking about marriage in general, it's scary-"

she got interrupted by her phone ringing. she looked at me apologetically before pulling it out and answering.

"oh, hi claudia. yeah we're here."

she listened for a second before responding.

"yeah, one second."

she turned to me.

"claudia and finneas are outside and they brought shark and peaches."

i nodded and stood up, helping billie up right after. 

"see you in a second."

billie said goodbye over the phone and instead greeted them after opening the door. after saying hello to the couple we went inside, showing fin and claudia around.
