Long strides walked the path towards Shirakawa Shoten, cool morning breeze hugging beautifully a muscular body and sunlights hitting warmly Sawara's streets which are crowded by people either going towards their works or walking around the shops that entered in order to buy their daily products.
A slight sigh escaping his lips that since yesterday are upwards towards his ears, a sight causing others to see and smile back when the chief editor would give a glance at them. Little did they know that the reason behind this gesture was no other than the rampaging bear of Sawara, Yokozawa Takafumi.
When the case closed successfully for the police and Katsumo Hirosaga will surely be rotten in prison for years, they decided to get back together, realizing that they missed each other more than they thought they would. After the passionate moment both men shared at hot springs, their romantic relationship began to blossom again, making their feelings grow stronger.
Since that moment, he promised himself and his partner to cherish their bond better and avoid causing insecurities to the young steely blue eyed police guard.
With these thoughts surrounding his minds happily, he entered Shirakawa with confidence and waving at the receptionists calmly, a gesture which they returned back somehow with a relief. Seeing this, he took a note in his head to ask them later when work is done for the day;
the upcoming movie that his right hand Morudawa is making along with Hakamara, chief editor of Shonjou manga department, and the directing department which will be releashed in no more than 2 weeks.
It was the first project ever released that combines Shonjou and Shonen and because their reputation is at risk, since both editors are proud of themselves, -especially Hakamara, Kirishima has been seen it it at first hand-, they want to produce a movie not only everyone will remember but also recommend to people who are somehow hesitate with the idea of marrying two different types that are meant to be seperated.
While thinking about his work that must be done for today and ways of relaxing his doting helper, he reached the department in less than a minute, only to look at the chaos dumbfounded, as if he saw a donkey flying with wings that resemble of a unicorn.
His coworkers were chatting heatedly with people he didn’t recognize, hands moving like those of a conductor guiding his orchestra and heads shaking either in refusal or agreement. Once he exited the elevator, he was looking back and forth at their conversation he was trying to hear clearly but couldn’t due to the fuss that they created, a incongruity of words making his head throbbing and putting his two digits on his temple.
He was about to speak, only for his mouth staying slightly opened and eyes widening when he heard a very familiar voice calling for him
“Kirishima, is that you?”
“…G-Gou?”The other party readjusted his circle glasses on the bridge of his nose, his eyes also widening from seeing his best friend since high school standing upright on the corridor. Workers moving right and left to make space for the two men to walk towards each other, a silence filling the area for seconds before they laugh carefree and hug, ignoring the confused looks
“Kirishima, it’s been so long!”
“What are you doing here Gou?”
“You know, someone should come and help the directing team”
“You came here alone?”
“Of course not! I brought my subordinates and don’t forget the almighty Isaka-san”
“I should expected”
“Yes yes. By the way, how you’ve been? It must be hard to work in a place you are not familiar with”
“I thought it would be hard but the citizens here are considerate enough. Shichiro-san even helped me, the man who owns Hasu, a few blocks away from Shirakawa”
“Once we finish for today, we should go there and buy me food”
“You never change”
“So do you”
