It is about Vasilis who worked as a janitor at the hospital after he graduated from the school (Here for Sweethearts if you remember that they are in the same universe that has connection based by easter eggs). When he started to notice that the lights went off, then the lights went back but this time it's different. There is no one at the hospital, the pink goo everywhere in the hospital, and monsters are there to attack them (if interfere).
