~DARCY'S POV~

It's been awhile since the snowstorm. I can finally go outside. The bodyguards were going with me. No one knows where my kidnappers went. I got changed and ate some breakfast. I went outside to downtown and I went to a few shops with my bodyguards. It was fun! We got hot cocoas and warm crumpets. We spent the whole day shopping and having fun.

Once we were all done, Rob went to the bathroom and Kingsley wasn't paying attention to me because he was looking at a girl (who later ended up to be his fiance) :p "Hey Kingsley, can I take a shortcut home?" I asked. He nodded and handed me a small knife. "Be careful. Don't talk to strangers." He said, seriously. I nodded and walked away. A sunset was forming. I smiled at it and saw an alley. I walked through it and suddenly I was slammed against the brick wall. I heard an evil laugh. I knew that laugh.

It belonged to Mark. I gasped and he smirked. "We got caught. You got taken away. We didn't get all of our money that we deserved. Now we're just going to kill you because it's easier then wasting time." He said, Anthony and Ian approaching. I gulped and said, "You can have all of my money. I have lots in the bank." They shook their heads and I saw Ian walk over next to me. "I finally get to kill you. It's going to be slow, painful. No one's going to stop me." He said. I gulped and whimpered as the knife traced against my skin.

My mouth was covered so I couldn't scream. Ian rammed the knife into my shoulder and I cried hard. I fell to the ground and I felt numb. Ian seemed like he was going crazy with that knife. It kept sinking into my skin except I couldn't feel any of them. It feels like the light is fading from the world. Am I going to die? I'm not ready to die yet. The white light was getting bigger until I didn't see anything.
