(Reader's pov)

I was still looking at Heather, her eyes were shining bright and so was her smile. I couldn't take my eyes off her, she was an angel in my eyes. "Are you coming or what?" Heather asked, snapping me out of my racing thoughts. "But I still have class." I said, Heather rolled her eyes and grabbed my wrist. "Well I don't care about your stupid classes." She said, I quickly collect my stuff.

She dragged me out of the music room and right past my lockers. I mean I always have my keys and money in my backpack, so it doesn't really matter much. We leave the building and she stopped in the middle of the parking lot. "Show me your car." Heather said, I sigh. I forgot how impatient she can be, but I shake the memories away. "Right." I said, Heather happily following me. "What about your car?" I asked, Heather smiled.

"Duke drove us." She simply said, I knew that she doesn't like Heather all that much. But I mean her name is Heather after all, I don't care who Heather is friends with as long she doesn't get hurt. "Nice." I said, finally reaching my car. "I didn't know that you had such a nice car." Heather said, brushing her fingers a long it's frame. "Thanks, it's my dream car." I said, I mean a mustang isn't nothing. But it was worth the money, which makes me really happy.

I unlock my car and Heather jumped in the passengers seat. I shake my head and hop in my car, Heather was looking through her phone. "So, I texted Heather that I'm not riding back home with her." She said, I nod. I had this feeling that that wasn't the only thing she told her. But I don't want to question, because I have no prove that she might.

The drive was nice and quiet. Heather was on her phone and the road was relatively empty. I soon notice Heather getting angry at her phone. "What's wrong?" I ask, Heather deeply sighed. "Veronica just won't shut up." Heather said annoyed. I got confused, I did know that Veronica was quite smug and cocky towards Heather. But what would could it be that Veronica would feel the need to tease Heather about. "About what exactly?" I ask, not taking my eyes off the road.

Heather seemed quiet for sometime. "About the time in the music room. We were so close and now she won't shut up about it." Heather shyly said, I don't recall Heather ever being this shy. I laugh a little. "What!?" Heather asked, I calmed my sensed as I drive into the parking lot. "Nothing, I didn't think you could get this shy." I said, Heather gasped. "You're lucky you're driving or else I might've strangled you!" Heather said, I chuckle at her statement.

I parked my car and sighed. I reminded me of the moments we shared as children, always laughing and teasing eachother. "Were here." I said, Heather hummed and we exit the car. I lock my car and follow Heather. I'm not really a person that goes to the mall with friends or by myself. I really only go with my mom or with my grandmother, but here I am skipping school to go to the mall with my childhood friend.

We enter the mall and I just look around completely amazed by this. This was kind of a bougie type of mall, I knew Heather preferred this mall more than others and I could easily find my collectables. Since the brand has their own store here. "Could we go shopping first?" heather asked, I nodded. We entered a clothing shop, I notice Heather scanning the clothes in the shop. I look at the clothes and feel the fabric a little. Some had a nice touch and others not so much.

"Omg! Look at this!" Heather said, showing me a little sparkling dress. "It looks nice." I shyly said, I don't know much about fashion and clothes. "Just nice? Really? It is adorable!" Heather said, I have to keep in mind that 'nice' is not something she wants to hear. Heather hummed as she scanned the racks full of clothes, while I'm left clueless since Heather told me we were coming here for a collectable.

Now, I normally don't get annoyed or fussy when someone wants to change the plans, but knowing Heather this was going to take hours and she might forget about the reason we came in the first place. I sigh and look through my phone as Heather continued to look through the clothes. "What do you think about this one?" Heather asked, I quickly look up. "Looks good Heather." I said, that might of sounded a bit more annoyed than I intended.

"Are you serious? Why are you acting like a huge bitch?" Heather asked, okay now she got my attention. "Seriously?! Me? A bitch? Just because I don't give you an answer you're happy with?" I snap, Heather huffs, grabbing my wrist and dragging me to the changing rooms. "Yes, exactly you're a whiny little bitch you hear me? Just because you can't get your silly little toy, doesn't give you the right to use that tone with me." Heather snapped back, I roll my eyes. "gosh, you sound like my father! And you did kind of promise me that we could get the collectable!" I said, Heather scoffed.

"You do this everytime!" I said, crossing my arms. "Oh really? What about you, Huh? You think this is all about you don't you?" Heather said, walking towards me. I back up in one of the changing room. "No I don't! You twist the story to make it about you!" I spat back. Heather was so close to me.

"Without me you wouldn't even be here, let stand get that toy." Heather said, I knew this arguement was going nowhere, but my mother didn't raise a bitch. "Oh really? Sounds like that you are the bitch for getting mad at the fact that you didn't feel satisfied with an answer, but I think you are familiar with that feeling." I said, Heather gasped. Grabbing my chin and pulling me closer to my face. "Don't you dare go there!" Heather said, I roll my eyes. "By the way, I think you are still a virgin." Heather said, I blush brightly. "Why would you assume that?!" I asked, Heather chuckled. "Lucky guess?" she said, I slap her hand away. "What I do in my private life does not concern you." I said, walking out of the changing room.

Heather rolled her eyes and walked after me. "What?" I said, with a smirk on my face. "Nothing." Heather said, I am slightly concerned but I'm going to pretend that she is no threat to me. At least, not now.
