.:Damion's POV:.
I groaned as I got home. It was 2:30 in the morning . Emma and Jessica looked up from their magazines and smiled me. I rose an eyebrow. Normally Emma was always in the training hall. She hated spending girl on girl time with Jessica.
"What's going on here?" I asked.
                              "Nothing really." Jessica mumbled.
"So why is Emma here? I thought you would be in the training hall."
"Yeah, well, your girlfriend and her lackeys have been hogging it all day."
My heart stung at the word girlfriend. I shook my head and sighed. I couldn't let the girls see how weak Krystal had made me. It was obvious she wasn't as in love with me as she was before.
Now it seemed like her affection had turned to the vampire they call 'Seth.' You could see how they acted with one another. He was possessive of her and the child.
I stopped in the entry way and gasped. Krystal was training against the child. She looked so fierce. Her stance was powerful and strong. The little boy looked at her with strong frightened eyes.
I smirked as I watched him. He had her spunk. The twins wolves growled as Krystal attacked the boy again. The boy looked around anxiously as his mentor vanished.
He took a deep breath and stood still. I watched amazed as the boy sensed his mentor's attack. He barely managed to avoid a direct blow. The boy growled as he flipped behind Krystal.
He pulled out a kunai and flung it at Krystal. Seth appeared in front of her and blocked the kunai. The boy groaned as Krystal smirked at him. She and Seth vanished.
I was truly amazed watching them train. It surprised me how Krystal could be so rough and brute with a child. The boy looked like he was no older that four. But the boy was stronger than most children his age.
He did not whine nor cry or complain. He took his training serious. the expressions each of them wore were quite frightening.
The Krystal I knew could never harm a child. She was carefree, loving, hard-headed, but honest. She loved life more than anything in the world. The woman I saw before was nothing like her. She was dead from the inside out. Her expressions were always the same. Cold and distant.
I felt my heart sink even more as I realized what I had done to her. Was there anyway for me to reverse what I had done? To fix the damage I had caused? I shook my head again. Why was it so hard for me to get over her? I never loved her in the beginning. What changed? What made me want her?
I looked at Krystal and sighed. She looked up at me. I shivered as her stared turned deadly. Seth glared at me as he wrapped his arms around Krystal.
My body heated up as he pulled Krystal away. I felt my body go light as I appeared in front of Krystal. I grabbed her by her forearm. She glared at me.
                              "Let go, Damion." She snapped.
I pulled her into my chest and snarled at her friends. "No. You're coming with me."
I dragged Krystal away from her friends. She struggled against me and I snapped at her. I picked her up and threw her over my shoulder. Lucas and Neo watched in light amusement as she struggled.
I was so sick of playing nice. I was going to make this girl love me again. Even if I had to hurt her. She was mine. She shouldn't belong to any other guy.
I roughly threw her on my bed. I sighed as I sat beside her. She growled at me. I rolled my eyes. I stripped out of my clothes and laid down on my bed. Krystal sat in the far corner of my room, watching me. I sighed.
                              "Come here."
                              "No."
"Kry, please. Just humor me. I'm too tired to fight with you." I mumbled.
Krystal's face lightened up. She looked like she was troubled. I watched as she slowly crawled to my bed. She sat beside me and I smiled. I knew my Krystal was still in there somewhere.
                              "Kry?"
                              "Yes, Damion?"
"C-can you stay with me tonight? Please." I asked.
I heard her intake a deep sigh. She stayed quiet for a few seconds and I shut my eyes. Of course she wouldn't stay. Why should she? She had a new family to be with. I felt her caress my forehead as I began to sink deeper into my subconscious mind of sleep.
She whispered something inaudible and I was out.
