"Hey!" I look up and see my friend, Natalie, smiling down at me.
"Hey, sup yo?" I ask, allowing my weird side to show in front of my best friend.
"Just got back from morning studying for the Chemistry quiz today," she says, waving her Chemistry book at me.
"Ugh I completely forgot about that. Looks like I'm going to blow it," I frown.
"Addie dear, we both know you are going to ace it whether you study or not, you were blessed in chemistry," she says.
"I wish I could say the same for all of my other classes," I sigh. It is true, I am really good at chemistry for some reason, my other classes aren't as easy though.
"Well we better get to class," she says. I check the time and nod at her. Nat and I have first, second, third, fifth, and sixth hour together.
First hour isn't too bad, yearbook with Mrs. Rayven. She is a really nice woman who has a very exploring, creative side.
"Okay, class. The Freshman have a big presentation today, I need a few of you to go for pictures. The rest of you will keep working on your everyday things. Our photographers for today will be... Erin, Lindsay, Natalie, and Addison," Mrs. Rayven says after the bell rings.
We all get going, the room getting loud and things being pulled out everywhere. I take one of Mrs. Rayven's cameras and pull Natalie out of the room.
"Who decided that we would have the loudest class of the day in first hour?" I ask her.
"Well Miss. Luther is the one who made our schedules, so I guess her," she says.
"It was a rhetorical question sweetie," I tell her. She smiles at me and we start walking to the auditorium where the presentation is being held. From what I heard scientists are coming and giving a bunch of experiments. Fun, right? Except not.
I take about ten pictures and finally get extremely bored.
"I have to use the bathroom," I whisper to Natalie. She nods, eyes glued to the presentation in front of us.
As I walk down the hallway I hear a loud laugh around the corner. Being my curious self, I walk around and find something I could probably go without seeing.
In front of me is the one and only Conner Hanson, wrapping toilet paper around a shirtless Pierce Novella. Pierce is a popular, he plays basketball. Yes, he is extremely attractive. Yes, he is a complete and utter jerk.
"What the heck is going on here?" I ask, raising my eyebrows. I am actually interested to hear their story.
"Uh, hi Addison," Conner waves.
"I didn't greet you, I asked what was going on. Care to explain?" I place my hands on my hips and I find Pierce smirking at me. A smirk from Pierce Novella is never a good thing.
"We were having a little fun, school gets boring," Conner grins, throwing the toilet paper towards me. I jump out of the way and allow it to roll down the hallway.
"You are both like five year olds. Plus you are standing in front of the ladies room," I say flatly.
"You really need to live a little, sweetheart," Pierce says suddenly.
"Obviously, I am living," I say, shoving past him and going into the bathroom.
I do my business and when I am done I just hope they are gone. I open the door and the hallway is empty. As I take two steps out a pair of arms wrap around me though. I scream and go with my first plan of attack, using my foot to kick the perpetrator in the downstairs area. He screeches and I take this as my opportunity to turn around and deck him in the face.
