Chapter 12: A Surprise Party

Crystal and Flare were sitting in Crystal's room thinking about something.

Flare: Any ideas yet?

Crystal: sigh No not really. All I got so far is that we definitely should invite cousin Thundera, she's practically our fourth sibling.

Flare agreed and kept thinking.

Flare: We gotta make this party good it'll be the first time in a long time we have all our friends together in a long time.

Suddenly Sylvia popped out of no where.

Sylvia: Party?! Someone say party?! When, where, why?!

Both Flare and Crystal jumped in surprise.

Crystal: How in the distortion world did you get in here?! The door's locked!

Flare noticed something on the floor behind Sylvia, it was a vent cover. She looked up the wall to see the vent open.

Flare (In Disbelief): Did you come through the vents? How?

Sylvia waved the question off.

Sylvia (Enthusiastically): Don't worry about that. So what's this party about and how can I help?!

Crystal took a deep breath before explaining.

Crystal: We were planning a surprise party for Bolt's birthday.

Sylvia gave a confused look with questions.

Sylvia (Confused): But wait aren't you and Bolt twins? So isn't it also your birthday?

Crystal gave a groan because Sylvia obviously forgot the reason why it's only Bolt's birthday.

Crystal: You seriously forgot? It was like this when we were in school. Me and Bolt decided to separate our birthdays so we wouldn't have problems with attention, friends, and gifts. He decided to move his birthday back a month. Which is tomorrow.

Sylvia took a seat and processed the information. She suddenly finally remembered.

Sylvia: Oh yea now I remember sorry.

Before they could continue talking they heard a knock at Crystal's door.

Crystal: I'll get it.

She got up to answer the door. When she open the door she saw Shard.

Crystal: Hey Shard. You here to help plan Bolt's surprise party?

Shard: Yea. sigh I finally got Phy to distract Bolt like you wanted so we could plan in peace.

Crystal smiled happy that the plan was going good so far. But she noticed two pokemon missing.

Crystal: Hey where's Luna and Forest?

Shard: Forest didn't get the hint so he went along with Bolt and Phy.

Shard stopped before saying where Luna was.

Crystal (Questioning): Shard where's Luna.

Shard started sweating.

Shard: Well....

Earlier....

Shard just finally convinced Phy to hang out with Bolt to distract him. Luna was there to help.

Phy: Alright I'll go ask him. Good luck with the party plans.

Phy walked away to go ask Bolt to hang out. Luna thought of something and started chuckling a bit. Shard looked at her confused.
