TAEHYUNG'S POV

I was about to fall asleep but felt someone's presence above me, as I inhaled that strawberry scent I got to know it was her, Yn, I tried to act a fool and let her do whatever she wants to, I want to know... I feel her waving her palm in front of my eyes but soon she stopped her actions and her warm breath hit my face making my heart race for some unknown reason.

"It's rude to stare"

I spoke and opened my eyes to see her wide eyes face very closer to mine, I cocked up my brows as she gulped nervously and was about to scoot away but fell on my chest tensing my body. I heard her fastened heartbeat reciprocating mine, and she immediately scoots away laying back on her side while facing her back toward me, she cleared her throat and spoke,

"I'm sorry"

I smirked and decided to tease her a little bit, I sat beside her figure and spoke,

"But you were staring at me"

"I was...not staring at you"

"So?"

She irritatedly turns around and sat in front of me, I raised my brows while she poked her cheek with her tongue getting annoyed by me, and answered,

"I was checking whether you are asleep or not?"

"Why?"

She rolled her eyes getting annoyed while I tried my best not to burst out of laughter at her cute angry face, she took a deep breath and spoke,

"I'll go and check on the kids for once"

She was about to leave but I held her wrist and pulled her back, her eyes widened as I hovered above her, only the moon was the source of light but I still could see her red face, cute... She blinked nervously and asked sternly,

"What...are you doing?"

"Checking whether my wife is asleep or not"

I answered mockingly while she huffed in annoyance and spoke,

"Leave me"

"Why?"

"Why not?"

Both of us look into each other's eyes, our faces were too close that we can feel each other's breath, her heart was about to jump out of her ribcage, and I bet mine too. There's an unknown feeling running through my veins as I look down into her eyes, they were glistening brightly while her intoxicating fragrance, I'm becoming addicted to it slowly.

I have to save Eun-woo as soon as possible cause I have already promised to give him a normal life, and if that takes me to love Yn as an act I'll willingly do it. She blinked her eyes and broke the eye contact she looks away, I bite back my smile and laid down beside her, she immediately turned her back towards me and mumbled,

"Good Night"

"Good Night again"

I said while smiling and covering both of us with the duvet, I face her back and while staring at it I traveled to my deep slumber...

TIME SKIP

I frowned in my deep slumber as the sunlight hit my face directly I opened my eyes and look around and found, Yn hugging me while sleeping. Her head was resting on my chest, her arms were wrapped around my torso while her legs were tangled with mine, I smiled looking at her pouty squishy face, she looks so relaxed and ...cute while sleeping.

Not wanting to make things awkward for her, I carefully and silently slipped out of bed. I went to do my morning routine, as Grandma wants to do today I'll take my position back at the company.
