||Jake POV||
I took Hailey outside with me to take her to a bench under a tree, where the light of many, many stars reflect. Oh damn- I'm already having second thoughts..I'm to far out to go back now.
"So, why did you want me to come, Jake?" She asks.
"A-well.." I start. She stares at me with a confused expression.
"Truth is..I like you..like, more then a friend, best friend, close friend, or whatever. I actually love you. Even if you don't like me back, I just wanted to get it off my chest." I say.
||Hailey POV||
Am I hearing this correctly?! Did Jake just confess to me?? I'm so confused..I love him a whole lot, but will this work out? Is this a prank?
"..I love you too, Jake.." I say.
He walks closer to me before asking;
"May I?"
I nod in response. We both lean in for the kiss. I've been waiting for this for a very long time.
||Drew POV||
I walk around with a very important letter in my hand. I'm looking for Jake, to apologize and to become his friend again. I go around the corner and I see it. Jake and Hailey are kissing. The letter falls out of my hand immediately. Tears filled my eyes as I smiled. At least he's happy now..I gotta let him go....I then walk in the opposite direction of them.
