"She tried to stab me with knife and I stopped her by twisting her wrist."

I simply said those words as the bodyguard was shocked. Well why wouldn't he be? I literally fought having injured hand.

Rindou looked at me with full concern and worry.

"You didn't get hurt?"

"No."

That woman who was silent for all this time finally broke the silence.

"Rindou! Baby! She is a witch. She possessed you. Look she hurted me."

She seemed extremely pitiful. I looked at Rindou as he looked so done.

He looked at bodyguard sternly.

"How could she get in? Take her away and give her proper punishment."

The bodyguard nodded. He started dragging her out. But she kept screaming.

"Baby you loved me. Don't do this to me."

I looked over the knife she dropped. I sighed feeling somehow bad for her. I know she tried to harm me. But the way she begged him... my guts are telling me that she must love him so much .

'Don't trust 'him' much Akio.'

Ran's words surrounded my mind. Why was he warning me? Who is that girl and why Rindou got so angry after the moment he saw her?

"Akio?"

"Huh!"

I flinched as Rindou was standing close to me. I was so into my thoughts to notice it.

He touched my cheeks caressing them making me want to disappear. I could clearly see worry in his eyes.

"I am sorry. You have to go through this because of me."

I was too stunned to speak. Is it just me or he is being too caring towards me?

"Who is she?"

Without knowing this question slipped from me.

"She was just someone I had to get involved with due to business reasons. Forget about her."

I just couldn't forget about her. Even in the car I was continuously thinking about her.

"Why were you hiding about your wrist despite the fact that it was painful?"

I looked at him. I wasn't expecting this question.

"I thought that it won't be of any use even if I tell you. I mean you are my kidnapper after all I shouldn't expect much."

I spoke looking outside the window. Out of nowhere he stopped the car drastically. I was about to hit the front mirror since I wasn't wearing seat belt.
His hands stopped me from hitting.

For few moments I was closing my eyes tightly breathing fast. I was so close to hit my head on glass. After few moments I finally opened my eyes looking at him in disbelief.

"What the...what was that?"

Thankfully the road was completely empty.
He looked at me. I don't know what kind of look was that. Sad? Angry?

"You won't ever understand will you?"

"Huh?"
