Cahpter 14. Problems

I got home from work and went straight to bed. I couldn't fall asleep so I was thinking about Marshall and me. I can't bealive I'm his girlfriend now like I met him 3 weeks ago. My phone started ringing I quickly cheled the caller ID. It was Liam, shoot I totally forgot about him.

"Hey Ava, I hope I didn't wake you up.  I was a little busy today, so I couldn't call you." Liam said. "No you didn't, about the call.  I don't think we should hear from each other anymore." I said. I heard him swallow hard "D-did I do something wrong,rhat made you think diffrent?" he asked in sad voice. "No, you're not alone, I lied to you, I have a boyfriend, but we had a fight, but now we're together again.  And you know I lied to you." I lied. I mean there was some truh in that. "Oh,ok then, I- I have to go bye" he said and before I could say anything he hang up. I felt so bad for dumping him, but Marshall is better so he can suck it. (Poor guy he didn't do anything yet).

I put the phone on the charger and fell asleep.  In the morning, I woke up with a headache.  I got up and took a pill from the bathroom and drank it.  I wasn't hungry, so I got dressed and immediately went to work.  When I got there I saw Proof.  "Hello" I said "Hello girl, what's up" he asked "Nothing special, my head hurts" I said and started to serve the guests.  I need to find a better job.  I mean, I'm grateful to be a waitress, but I want a better job.

I didn't have much work, so most of the time I was talking to Proof.  When my shift ended, I decided to call Marshall to meet.  I called him.  It rang a few times and then he picked up the receiver.  "Hey," he said.  "Hey, are you busy?"  I asked.  "No why?"  he asked.  "Oh, I thought you would come to my house if you want" I said. "Of course I can come ,see you in a few." Marshall said and hang up. I was really close to my house. I saw Liam standing in front of my house. I quickly walked over ro him "What are you doing here?" I asked "Hey, I wanted to ask you something" he qsaid.
"I'm so sorry but can you ask me another time I'm exspecting my boyfriend to come, so I dont want any trouble" I said showing him to go. "No, I wanna have a word with your boyfriend" he said. What the fuck? "Erm excuse me,but who the fuck are you to me to have a word with my boyfriend" I said. I saw Marshall walking to us. This is going to end up bad. "Ay yo what the fuck dawg?" he yelled. "Thank God you came this fool doesent want to go to his home" I said. Marshall walked over to him. He grabbed him by his collar. "Stop chasing my girlfriend around" he haid "You are going to leave her alone and if you dont I'ma fucking kill you" he said and let him out of his hands. "So this is a bum you choose over me, pathetic" Liam said. Marshall punched him and he fell. Liam punched him with his head and he got on him and started puchung him at his face. "Stop it" I yelled trying to pull Liam off of Marshall. "You fuckin' stop it" I yelled. I pulled Liam by his hair and I hit him with a lath on his head and he collapsed. I ran over to Marshall "Marshall omg look at your face. Omg I'm so sorry baby" I said "It's not your fault I jumped on him" he said and I helped him get up. I had a deja vu from the 3 weeks ago when I met him.

"I'm sorry because of Liam, we went on a date before you asked me to be your girlfriend,earlier taday I told him I have a boyfriend,but he said he want to have a word with you." I explained. "It's alright" he said and we got in the house. "What are you going to do 'bout him?" Marshall asked. "I mean he can wake up any second" he added. "I dont know, if he knocks on the doer I'ma call the cops" I said. I picked up my phone and saw unreaded texts from Liam.

Liam:
"You bitch how could you do that to me huh? First you want to be with me and now you dump me"

Liam:
"You cant play with my feeling like that."

I wasnt even dating him. He had a lot od  nerve to sent me these texts. "God damn it" I said under my breath.  "What happened?" he asked. "He's been texting be all night" I said. "Now I'ma fucking kill him" he said walking to the door. I quickly grabbed his wrist. "No, please" I said. He looked me and we went to bathroom. I opened the shelf and took out the first aid kit.  We moved to my room.  He sat on the bed.  I took out a bottle of alcohol and poured it on the base.  I slowly started to clean the cuts on his face. He winced in pain. I put a falster on his nose. "Ok you're done" I smiled at him. While I was cleaning his cuts I realised hiw tired he looked. "Babe, damn you look tired." I said " I was just busy working" he said. "Ok,.....if you want you can rest in my bed and I'll make us something to eat" I offered. "Nah" he said. God I have when he's like this. "I have to go and see how's Lilly doing,she's been sick for a fed days now" he said and left. Lilly's sick poor little girl.

I was pouring coffie into my cup when I heard someone knocking on the door. I walked to the door and opened it. It was Proof. "Hii" I said. "Hii girll, how ya doing?" he asked "I was making myslelf some coffie, you want some?" I asked. "Yes,sure" he said and got in. "Daumn, I havent been here since you moved into thus house" he said "It's really beautifull" he added.
"Thank you" I said and handed him a cup of coffie. "Sooo" he started. I already know what is he going to talk about. "How's things between you and Marshall?" Proof aske innocently. "I KNEW IT" I exclaimed. He gave me a quizicall look. "Knew what" he asked.
"Oh please,quit acting fool, I know Marshall told you we are togheter now" I said. He smiled at me. "Ok,ok I knew....So how do you like him?" he asked. "Oh I really like him" I said. "That's good to know" he said "And yeah, I saw some guy laying on the ground unconitious, do you know something about it?" Proof asked. He didn't wake up yet. "That's a long story" I said. He looked at me and we burst out laughing.
