Falling for Marshall

Chapter 30. Hospital

I woke up by the sound of my phone buzzing. I reached my hand and picked it up. I answered withouteven looking ar thr caller ID. "Hello?"I spoke trough groggy voice. "Hey, Its me Proof" he said. "what's up?"I asked "Dre told me to tell you, you don't need to hurry to studio today..you can come at 11 am." he said. "omgg, tell him I said thanks" I smiled. "I will" he said and hung up.

Since I was awake, I decided to get up. I crawled out of the bed. God Im so thirsty. I walked towards the fridge and picked up a bottle of water.

I took a large sip of water and closed the bottle. This water has a taste like a dead rat. I made myself a bowl of cereal. It had weird taste.I couldn't eat all of it so I threw it away. I cheked the time.

Its 10am I should get ready. I went to bathroom and locked the door behind me.
I started washing my teeth. When I finished I did my morning routine. Suddenly I felt weak. Everything is spinning. My vision went blurry and everything went black.

Marshall's pov:

I wrote some new shit today. I recorded it right away. "Ay yo, Marshall get yo ass over here" Dre yelled. I walked over to him. "Wassup?"I asked " chek this out" he said and the beat started playing. "you should try this beat" he said. "its good man, Ill see what I can do" I said as I walked back to my seat.

I started scribbling something down. Proof enter the room. "Sup guys?" he asked. "Where's Ava?" he questioned "I dont know man, its 11:30 she was supposed to be here 30 minutes ago." Dre said.  "I don't really know why do you guys always talk bout her, like she aint the only girl In the world" I hissed

"Man, I'll be honest with you. You are such a dick with her. You know she's trying. I just don't get why are you like that all of sudden" Proof spoke. "She doesn't like me back" I sigh

"Who tha fuck told you that, she likes you more than everyone in this room" he convinced me. "I told her I liked her, she just walked away" I fight. "She maybe walked away because she was scared she has the same feelings for you" Proof said.

Scared?

I never thought of it that way. "I agree,  man start treating her better" Dre joined the conversation. I let our a sigh "Alright" I said and we all went back to work.

Its 12:30 pm. I cannot deny Im starting to worry about Ava. She never skiped her job unless its something very important. If its important she would call to see if it's ok if she can get a day off.

"Have you tried calling her?" I Asked Proof
"Yeah, 3 times. It went straight to voicemail" he answered. Ok now Im worrying about Ava. I picked up my phone and dialed her number. It went straight to voicemail

Hi this is Ava, try calling again later

Proof gave me one  'did she answer' look. "Nah man, I better go and check if shes alright" I said as I picked up my car keys. "Ill go with you" Proof spoke. "k"

"Dont forget to update me when you get there" Dre yelled after us. We got into my car and I drove to her hotel. Her car is still in the parking lot. Which made me even more worried. We quickly jumped outta the car and walked to her hotel room. Proof gently knocked. Nothing.

I knocked. Nothing. I pushed the door with all my force and they opened. When we got in I saw her phone on the dinning table. Shit. Panic is washing over me. Proof searched her hotel room. I checked the bathroom. Its locked. "DESHAUN, COME HERE NOW" I yelled in panic. He quickly ran over to me. "Its locked" I said "she must be there" I added. We started pushing the door. But something was blocking them.

We somehow opened the door. I ran into bathroom.  Ava was laying on the floor unconscious. I ran over to her. "Ava can you hear me?" I asked "Baby you cant leave me, not now" I almost whispered. "Marshall, we need to get her to hospital, now" Deshaun said. I picked her up in a bridal style. We ran out of the hotel. Deshaun sat at the drivers seat.
