Anavari's POV
After I woke up I instantly started packing everything and placing everything on my Ikran, Tala.
Tala is beautiful, to me she is the most gorgeous ikran, although that may be a bit biased. She is pale blue with green marking and stripes marking her body. She was bigger than everyone's ikrans but still nowhere near as big as the last shadow.
I looked over my shoulder to see my father and Neteyam walking over to me.
My father placed his hand on my shoulder to grab my attention. They had just come from the Olo'ektan ceremony.
"You're not flying on Tala. She can come but your not flying on you own. You have a choice you can either fly with me or your brother, Neteyam just so we're clear which one"
I looked at him with sadness and anger in my gold eyes. I was really looking forward to a long, peaceful flight with Tala.
"Why?"
"You are way too tired to fly on your own, sweet girl. I don't want you to fall off and injure or kill yourself"
I sighed. "Can I at least fly with Lo'ak. So it will be fun."
"No it is either me or Neteyam. Me and you both know that if you was to fly with your twin you would be more likely to fall off"
"I'll fly with Neteyam" I mumbled in complete annoyance and defeat.
Straight after the ceremony we took flight to the Metkayina.
During the flight me and Neteyam played a few games to make it go quicker, our favourite was eye spy.
"Your turn RiRi."
"Eye spy with my little eye something beginning with O"
"Come on something harder, it's obviously the ocean"
"Wrong. Very wrong, TeyTey."
"What else could it be?" whilst throwing his hands up in frustration.
"Old man" I said giggling whilst pointing at our dad.
Neteyam joined in on the laughter and Lo'ak just smirked at my joke.
"You three knock it off. Vari enough jokes i'm only 37." our father said whilst glaring at us.
Whilst looking around I could see the beautiful big blue sea with huge fish that left a light blue glow behind them.
"TeyTey look at the size of that fish and what it leaves behind. It's magnificent"
He looked down and smiled at me. "Why don't you get some sleep"
"Neteyam you know if i got to sleep I will just have a nightmare. I don't want to do it again." my voice cracked. Just the thought of going to sleep and having another nightmare terrified me to the point all I wanted to do was a kind going to sleep.
"RiRi you have to you are exhausted" He looked at me with sad eyes. I knew my family was worried about me with my well-being and health on the line.
"Neteyam I can't" I sobbed. I looked up to my older brother and I didn't want him to see me like this, a broken mess that no one can fix.
"I'm here when you want to talk about it but at least try, for me." He moved me and layed my head down on his chest, placing his head on top of mine, not letting me sit up. We stayed like that until we landed at the Metkayina.
As soon as we landed we was surrounded by cyan coloured Na'vi. They had oddly shaped arms, legs, tails and chest. They're chests are larger than ours probably to hold their breaths for longer and their arms and legs were shaped like fins. Same with their tales they was thin but larger than what ours are and they had no hair at the end.
