Layla felt rage rushing through her body, and it was obvious when she rushed out of the restroom. This is why Layla grew upset. She was attempting to soothe her wounds when she first entered the restroom, dazed and unsure of what had transpired. The fact that she had no idea what Felix Madden had done to her and had just discovered her handbag in Hunter's convertible added to her sense of powerlessness.

Felix Madden was cold and domineering, even though he had saved her life. With shaking hands, she tyed up her dress and jammed the bobby pins in place. Her eyes sharpened as she saw herself reflected in the bone comb on the sink. She placed them firmly into place, her eyes hardening. She sensed a sharp look from behind and tightened her grasp on Felix's comb as she combed the loosened hair on his head. She tightened her grasp on the comb, but Felix had not yet moved to touch his coat, but she could feel the narrow look coming from behind her. She gripped the comb tightly as she walked out of the restroom, her chin up.

Layla took a deep breath and rested against the old stone lid as she watched Hunter exit the tomb. She watched him go, and her body stiffened. She watched him go out of the tomb and felt her body stiffen. Layla lost her footing as soon as her fingertips made touch with the old stone lid. Layla's body pressed against it, and the still air started to ring as a grinding noise reverberated throughout it.

Her scream, a frantic cry, rang out as she clawed at the box's lid to save herself from falling, but it was too late. She was surrounded by ice winds, and she could feel herself falling further and farther into the depths of death with each gust of wind. Hunter was by her side in a matter of seconds as soon as he heard the wind whipping around them. His eyes flickered madly as he seized her by the shoulders and gave her a forceful shake. His voice boomed over the wind, "What did you do?"

When he said, they were both overcome with horror as they stared at the victims inside and heard their cries over the roaring winds. With closed eyelids, Layla hoped they would make it out of here alive. While examining Timmy Fell's marble chest with a lighter, Hunter gestured for Layla to come nearer. When they got back to the tomb, they noticed something strangely precise about the fit between the threshold and the lid. Like something had been flung into a rug by a bug.

Hunter moved the party closer to danger and spoke gently, saying, "They'll go in anyway." Hunter gave Leona and Dan a passionate hug, his massive arms clinging to them as he tried to hold them firmly. Hunter inhaled deeply as he gazed intently into Leona's and Dan's eyes, then gently ran his hands through Leona's hair. Hunter looked at Dan and Leona, groaned, and firmly informed them, "I will never leave you two." He added, "Please do not think we will rush out of this dance."

Beneath her long lashes, Layla begged whether they should remain, her eyes full of mischievous expectation. With a devilish grin, Hunter nodded and said, "We are not leaving." He then whispered to Layla, "You have to go, you must not miss it." As he brought her to his grandfather's grave, he offered her a present of something unique that she shouldn't miss. With these words and a pull on her arm, the hunter carried Layla into the darkness, thrilling her with his passionate appeal, "Layla, you must see this-you must do this to me."

The ancient cemetery looked to be full with a large, hairless beast with a round head that seemed to hover above the little girl, and her pulse was pounding madly. Fear suddenly paralyzing her, Layla gasped and felt her body tighten. Above them, the behemoth stood like a proud tribute to his family. Hunter made the terrible mistake of telling Layla that the stone was close to the trail as he attempted to soothe her.

He peered into the moonlight, looking for anything to shine, but all he saw was Layla, creeping closer, her sad, faded paint job visible. As they strolled down the trail together, Hunter saw a big red marble ball and pulled Layla off the path so they could examine it in more detail. No matter how hard they stared, they were only able to make out the impenetrable ball at the top of the mountain in the eerie shadow created by the moon. Layla stared at the oddly brilliant moon and got shivers.
