My last warning? Wait what?

So i always kept this a secret but my family/friends also know i have a twin but she died when she was 12.

We were playing at the park until we heard mom called out for us. "ok mommy" we giggled because we said it at the same time. As we entered the complex we heard our mom yell "Kelly? Kailey? please hide they're coming" she said but more like a whisper yell.

We each decided where to hide, i hid in the nearest underground basement. It was neatly hidden under the tree stump just a flip of a bark a 4 number code and an underground cave.

"please Kailey hide with me, please i want you to be safe" i pleaded hopping she will hide with me but no luck.

"Kelly, no i wont risk you or me were gonna hide in different spots so they wont have to find us both ok?" i nodded only so we dont have to argue.

KAILEY POV

"-i want you to be safe" she nodded, she turned to hide quickly leaving me staring at a bush.

I ran fast inside i heard people talk maybe about 4 men? But i ran upstairs quietly but i knew they were going to find me and kill me.

They was here for kelly but since im her twin ill pass of as her she doesnt need to know anything.

I woke up finding my self in a white room, a little tv hanged up towards the wall. My dream was crazy weird my twin sister Kailey, telling me i have to be careful with everything and that she'll come back.

She told me that ive been dead for the last 3 hours and everybody around me was suffering. I felt bad, she also told me that ive died because something was causing me a serious bad ass coma.

Then she wishes the best for my baby and a blessing for my health, i didnt want her to go but it took me a second to realize she was gone then.

I could see the tv because it was noticeable under my blanket, them stupid pricks didnt even know i was alive just yet. I heard the voice of Marcus?

Oh duhh Marcus was here, but what the fuck was going on?

"BLOODY HELL! What the fuck is wrong with yall? The love of my life was dead! You guys dont know shit do yall?! HUH?! God i dont want my baby girl to be raised with just one parent she deserve not one but two parents!"

Marcus sounded really hurt. Thats when i noticed im not connected to any machines, i could easy scare the living day lights out of them. I got up and walked around the plain hospital room to stretch i felt healthy and good.

Ive unlocked the doors and followed the screaming next door, as i turn the nob i peeped my head in to see Marcus, Ralph, My Mum, My Dad, My baby, The doctor, and 3 nurses trying to calm everybody down 1 of the nurses ad a needle trying to inject my baby?!

"back the fuck off my baby you bitch" holy jesus i snapped. Everybody stared at me wide eyed i knew it was time to explain. But first ima have to beat this bitch up.

I slowly walked up to her to grab the needle and injected it on her shoulder.

She cried in pain, that bitch didnt even do anything back to me. "oh my god KELLY! this bitch tried to inject your baby with a medicine that slows your heart beat trust, they used that for my- mom" Ralph sounded weak but heart after finishing his statement.

Before i couldve hit this nurse i felt something warmish in between my legs what is happening to me?
