Chapter 4

Sarah-

utter bullshit I woke up late and now I had missed school. I was gonna go for a run but I was still upset so I just went out to get breakfast. I took a shower and tried to look nice. I was wearing a t-shirt and jeans. Yeah my fashion isn't good and it doesn't really help me. I try shopping but going to the mall and seen all them beautiful clothes that don't fit me makes me depress. So I was heading out the door on my way to my favorite diner. I had to take a couple of busses but it would be worth it. I got there and order a stack of pancakes with a milk shake.

The diner was pretty empty . It was empty because it was late afternoon . It had taken me an hour and a half to get here but I liked it like this because then people would stare at me eating. I was enjoying a mouth full of my pancakes when someone sat across me . He was smiling at me. I couldn't help but get nervous.

"how do you do ?" This strange guy asked me. I was confuse to what his purpose was into coming to sit with me.

"Sorry if I scared you is that I saw you sitting her and I thought a beautiful girl like you shouldn't be eating alone " he smiled at me even more.

"By the way my name is David "he extended his hand to me.

"Hi my name is Sarah "

Shaking his hand . I continue to eat and let him talk. He kept asking me question but I didn't answer.

"do you want me to leave you alone ?". I wanted to say yes but I couldn't he was cute and I don't know but I said no.

" so why are you eating pancakes at 1 in the after noon?" He looked at my plate.

" I don't live around here so I had to take the bus and it took very long so now I am having brunch alone " I said taking my last bite of pancakes.

"Oh well make sense" he had also order something to eat and he had eaten while talking to me.

"I live around here and well since we are both done with our meals I was wondering if you wanted to go for a walk ?" He said while getting up and walking with me to the door.

"Alright then" I said all nervous and shy.

We got to the park and sat down at a bench under a pink blossom tree.

"So tell me about your self do you have any hobbies? What's your favorite color?"

"Well I am a senior in high school , I like to draw and sing, and my favorite color is pink." I said all of this while admiring the tree above us.

"really I'm a freshman in collage" . This kinda made me nervous . Well we kept talking and getting to know each other.

We kept walking and he bought me an Ice cream . It was getting late.

"I think I have to go home now " I said looking at my watch. Yeah I know is the 20th century but I still have a watch.

"Can I walk you to the bus stop then?"

"Of course " . He started walking but I didn't .

"You're going the wrong way" I said giggling .

"You have such a cute laugh ."

This totally made me blush . I had never gotten a complement. Today he had given me so many I had been blush all afternoon.

We got to the bus stop and we stopped.

" I am so glad I got the courage to sit with you." He grabbed my hand. I looked up at him.

" today was so magical please tell me we will see each other again ." I wanted to say yes but I was un sure I mean I don't know this guy well except that his amazing.
