Chapter 30

I left him their on the floor. I felt bad for my mate but it had to be done. I had already calmed my blood thirst killing all those animals and weak werewolfs. I felt stronger in power but I also felt weak because of Sarah. I need to kill her to be able to unleash my full potential. Even if I didn't have to kill her , I would die if she didn't.

I walked the woods bare foot, feeling the cold soil under my feet. I breathed in the fresh air letting the wind blow through my hair. I could feel my sense being awaken. I could feel my body shift into my massive wolf. I took a step forward with one paw infront of the other.

I could hear the moon call to me. I feel the strong power coming from it. I ran straight ahead I wasn't sure to where I just let free.

I felt free. I was free.

I opened my eyes and it hurt the sunlight was right on them. I got up from the floor and sat on the bed. I couldn't believe what had happen last night. My Sarah was trapped inside her own body.

This had become to much for me.

I got up from the bed and walked to the living room. I almost puked when I saw once again the dead corpses of the animals. I pick up my car keys and left.

I drove to my apartment , that was where James was staying. I arrived and he wasn't their . I took a shower. I stood under the shower. Memories of last night flashed through my mind. I punched the wall making it crack slightly.

" why !!!" .

I was furious , my life shouldn't be like this. Things should be much easier now that I have my mate. My life should be happy and full of joy because that's what happens when one finds their mate.

I got dressed into James clothes. I waited for him to arrive. After one hour he came home surprise to see me.

" John what are you doing here ?" . He came closer to me and sat next to me on the couch.

" what happen ?". He was looking at me with worried eyes.

" something happen to Sarah , her wolf has taken over her". I clenched my fist just thinking about xitalic. I wanted her dead , my wolf whimpered & growled at me because I wanted his mate dead. I didn't care about him right now.

" what ! That's not possible". James jumped of the couch and grabbed his phone.

" who are you calling ?". He had the phone next to his ear.

" I'm calling dad !". I grabbed the phone from him and canceled the call.

" no , he has enough to worry about , plus I'm going to fix this".

He sat back down.

" look I'm going to go talk to the alpha of the pack who owns these lands , last night Sarah killed 4 members of their pack." His face became more serious.

" I'll go with you ". I nodded my head. We took my car and we drove up the mountains where the pack house was located.

The car ride was silent, their wasn't really anything to talk about. The only sound came from the radio but I wasn't listening to it. My anger was become bigger but I had to stay calm I couldn't think straight if I was angry . We arrived at the pack house. I wasn't sure what to say but even so I got out of my car and walked to the front door. I was about to knock when the door was swung open.

" I'm here to speak with the alpha about the 4 death". The man who stood in front of me was big and intimidating.

He glared at me , he didn't say anything but just stepped aside so I could walk in.

" James I think you should stay in the car ". I put my hand up to stop him. He shook his head. I kept looking at him and moved my head tours the car. He walked away.

" if anything shout my name". He whispered at my ear which was pointless since we all have super hearing.

I walked inside, the big man walked ahead of me and I continue to follow him. We reached a big door and from it a man , an old man walked out. He looked serious but also sad .

He came tours me and glanced at me.

" John is it ?". I was startle for a second but nodded my head.

" speak up ". The big man spoke.

I shifted uncomfortably next to him. I could feel how strong they were.

" yes it is". I looked back at the old men and realize why I had to speak up , the man was blind.

" let's go into the living room." What surprise me the most was that he was blind yet walked like he wasn't .

We reached the living room and I took a seat across them. The big man stayed standing. I didn't know what to say.

" speak your business". The huge man said. I looked at him and then back at the old man.

The old mans eyes were a pale blue. His frame was strong and firm.

" I've come to talk about the four death that happen last night". The old man stiffen up.

He was looking at my direction. I felt very small like an ant.

" I am alpha Alex , and one of the kid who died was my son". He griped his knee.

" I am sorry for your lost , I'm here to explain what happen". He stood up but got pushed back down by the big man.

" okay explain !". His voice grew with anger.

" well what happen was , I was with my mate and the next thing I know she's acting strange like if something had taken over her, she ran off and I ran after her but she was faster ". I move to the edge of the couch.

" when I finally caught up to her she was surrounded by 4 wolfs and that's when I got worried I was about to go enter vain but one of the wolfs attacked her first and then she attacked back". I looked at the big man next to me , he walked over to the alpha.

" then Sarah , my mate when attacking back she actually went for the kill". They both now sat in front of me.

" soon after all of the wolfs attacked her but she was the last one standing , I didn't know what had happen I was shocked , I couldn't understand why ". The alpha hadn't spoken any words and the big man looked at me with a blank expression.

" so your mate is the reason why my son and other pack members are dead ?". He stood up .

" no my mate she's been taken over by her wolf, her wolf has taken control of her body". I stood up as well.

" look I'm sorry about what happen but it wasn't my Sarah's fault it was Xitlalic ". I clenched my fist.

" Xitlalic ?" . The alpha sat back down .

" yes that's what her wolf calls her self , I also came here to ask for help , the wolf wants to kill my Sarah ". My heart ache by just thinking about it.

" John your mate must die , that's a rule from our pack , your here on the behalf of your father since he use to live around here but now that you have killed four members of my pack and killed the next alpha , your mate must die". He said all of this in a very cold way.

I know he seeks revenge and that's what he will do . " you kill Xitlalic but not Sarah , I want my Sarah back "

I sat back down and put my head on my hands. The pressure was making me weak. I had to much on my plate at the moment.

" John , if we find her first we will kill her ". Alpha Alex said that and walked away.

I grew with anger, I was about to go after him but the big man who I'm guessing now is the beta stopped me.

" you can leave now". I left , I walked back to the car.

I took out my key and gave them to James and left running into the woods, my fury had taken over me And my wolf. I ran as fast as I could into the woods just letting my mind go blank. Ignoring James calling after me.

I ran and ran and ran ...
