Chapter 27

Sarah -

I couldn't move from where I stood. His name had left my lips, tears rolling down my cheeks. I dropped to the floor and yelled at the sky. I screamed so loud yet no one could hear me, no animals or people could have heard my scream not even an echo to follow my scream. I watched as he ran and listen to his howling at the moon.

I was hopeless , I didn't know what to do now that I had remembered him, a small part of me wished I hadn't. I didn't want to remember him because now that I've had I didn't know what todo. I closed my eyes and once I opened them again , I was at the hospital next to my body.

I walked out of the room and sat down at the waiting room. I just looked at the people there waiting to be called to see the doctor or just waiting to visit there loved ones. I watched an old man sit and stare into space, his eyes held this lost look. He had grey hair and bags under his eyes , like he hasn't slept in weeks. I saw him stare at one specific door. His eyes didn't move from that spot , I guessed he was waiting for the doctors.

I couldn't help but to continue looking at him. After an hour or two a doctor approached him. The doctor left and he sat back down on the same seat he had been sitting . He looked at the door once more before he put his hands to his face and began to cry.

I couldn't watch him cry anymore so I walked to the door , the door he had been staring at for hours.

I walked into the room and saw this young girl, she looked like she was 20 and she also was very pale. I moved closer to her and just stared at her.

I looked at her pale face , her lips where losing there color. I jumped back when her eyes opened. She looked at me and let out a sigh. I didn't know what todo. She got of the bed and she was now standing infront of me. I looked at her and then at her lifeless body on the bed. She then turned around and looked at her self .

She smiled at me and walked tours the door except instead of walking through the door she walked into this white light. I could feel peace coming from that light. Before she entered the light she turned to face me.

" aren't you coming ?". She extended her hand to me but I shook my head. She smiled and waved bye and walked into the light.

I wasn't ready to go , I can't go. The thought of finally accepting that I was dead frighten me. I ran out of the room . I passed by the old man he had stopped crying. I kept walking until I reached my room.

I stood next to my bed.

" wake up you idiot!". I screamed at my body. I tried grabbing my shoulders but my hands would just go through. I just didn't know what todo.

I laid next to my body , soon I fell asleep. I woke up in the forest next to this cabin. I walked inside it and I saw John with a little boy at his side. They where watching cartoons. I kept walking when the sent of food hit my nose, I went into the kitchen and saw this beautiful girl cooking breakfast. She took the food to the living room and sat down to eat with John and the little boy.

" Tyler don't forget to finish your juice okay sweet heart". The little boy smiled at her.

" yes mommy".

" babe come sit down and eat already". I kept watching , it was a happy family , the family I've always wanted , the family that John deserves to have with someone who's alive and not close to death.

I saw them eating breakfast happily it was the perfect picture.

This broke my heart , I didn't know if this was the future that i was seen but if John would be happy even if I die , well I guess I had to let go.

I walked out of the cabin an into the woods. I was walking to no where when I saw this wolf it looked at me and for some reason I knew I had to follow it.

The wolf started to run and I ran after it. It had started to catch speed and I couldn't really see it anymore. It finally stopped at the lake. It shifted into a woman.

This healthy strong woman.

I couldn't believe who it was, it was me but much older and much stronger.

" hi Sarah ". I walked closer .

" what's happening ?".

She walked to me and placed a hand on my chest.

" you need to let your wolf awake, you need to let your self die so as to let a new life rise" . I didn't know what she was talking about.

" Sarah you're a werewolf but you haven't let the wolf with in you wake up , you need her to wake up for you to wake up as well".

She removed her hand from my chest.

" and how do I do that ".

She walked back to the lake and looked at it.

" you must die so as to be reborn again". After she said that , she shifted back into a wolf and left running.

I looked at the lake and started to walk inside it. I kept waking until I couldn't touch the grown.

The water was now up to my neck. I kept walking and I was now under the water. It was dark and cold but I kept going.

My lungs soon filled in with water, it suddenly became hard to breathe, I heard a voice in my head .

~ don't fight it just let go~.

I did as it said. I could feel my self drift away. The last thing I saw were these bright red eyes.
