It was a cool night in April. Both Neteyam and Aonung were sitting on the couch in Neteyam's living room. His parents were on 'date night' and he really couldn't be bothered watching Kiri, Lo'ak and Tuk all by himself. So, his simple solution was to invite Aonung over. After all, his boyfriend always make things ten times better.
Everyone was doing their own thing. Kiri was in her room, Lo'ak was watching television and Tuk was painting a picture of her friends from school. Things were starting to get boring, so Neteyam decided a good few minutes on Tik Tok would help cure his boredom. Neteyam sat in the middle of Aonung's legs as his boyfriend played with his hair. Aonung always had a thing for his hair.
A couple minutes passed, and Neteyam was slowly getting less and less interested in his phone. So was Aonung, who was watching the videos from behind. Neteyam was about to exit Tik Tok when he saw a video. A girl applying lipstick. A wine red tint. An audio played in the background and Neteyam quickly figured out which song it was. K, by Cigarettes After Sex. Neteyam decided to finish the video, watching the camera turn to a male whom he assumed was her boyfriend who had lipstick marks planted across his face. This caught his attention. It was cute and couple-ey, if you could even call it that. But Neteyam seemed to gain an interest in it.
Neteyam found himself searching "Stay with me trend" On his phone and found hundreds, if not thousands of couples doing the trend, each video cuter than the last. The idea popped up in his mind a few times, and decided, why not? So, Neteyam decided to turn around, facing Aonung who had been braiding a particularly long piece of Neteyam's hair for the past few minutes.
"Wanna do a Tik Tok trend?" Neteyam asked enthusiastically. The pair never really cared for social media, so it was abnormal for Neteyam to be this excited about doing a Tik Tok with his boyfriend. "Of what exactly?" Aonung asked in response, curious to see what Neteyam was up to "A cute couples thing" Neteyam replied, the smile on his face brightening. "Sure, how does it go?" Aonung asked, but before he could finish his sentence, he was cut off by Neteyam dragging him upstairs.
The two went straight up to Kiri's room. Hopefully she had some type of makeup to help them. When they entered, Kiri was on her bright green bed watching some type of forest video. She always was into nature. The couple walked in, calling for Kiri to help them. She rolled her eyes before getting up and approaching the two.
"What do you want Neteyam?" Kiri asked, her hands on her hips and a hint of anger on her face. "I was wondering if we could borrow your makeup. Specifically lipstick" Kiri seemed astonished at the answer. "Woah, I knew you guys were gay, but not that gay" She laughed out, the anger washing away and tiny smile crawling onto her lips. "It's for a Tik Tok trend" Aonung butted in, seeming annoyed at her reaction "Yeah, whatever, help yourself" She replied, opening the door wide and walking back to her bed before falling on top of it.
"Makeups in that drawer" She said, pointing over to a small blue desk while had three drawers. Neteyam walked over to it, opening the top draw and finding multiple lipsticks, eyes shadows, mascara and foundation. Neteyam dug around for a bit, trying to find a shade he liked until he found a rose red lipstick. It looked relatively nice, and they figured it was better than nothing. Before walking out, Neteyam assured Kiri he'd return her belongings and she simply nodded, giving both Neteyam and Aonung a thumbs up.
Once the two reached Neteyam's bedroom, they sat down on the bed, figuring out how to do it. Neteyam applied the lipstick, a thin coat covering his lips. Then, he pressed a light kiss on Aonung's cheek, leaving a solid kiss mark. Then, after re-applying, Neteyam planted another, this one on his forehead. Then another, and another. Neteyam kept showering his lover in kisses, and Aonung was loving every second of it. Neteyam was about to plant on more kiss on Aonung's lips, but he was stopped. Aonung gently cupped Neteyam's cheeks, stopping him from continuing.
"Don't you think I deserve to give you at least one back?" Aonung asked, flashing a love sick smile to his partner. Neteyam smiled back, nodding and allowing Aonung to lean in. Their lips connected, the lipstick staining Aonung's lips. The two went on for what seemed like forever, until they had to stop for air. By now, Aonung had pushed Neteyam down so he was on top of him.
It only took a few seconds before the two went back to kissing, this time, slipping in a bit of tongue. In the end, the pair decided that Tik Tok was overrated and they didn't need to show the world their love. Instead, they made-out for what may have been hours.
