Author's note: Not me cringing at this book as i was rereading this lol. So as i will be posting this chapter i'll let you guys know that i'll be fixing SOME parts of the chapters in this book. Rimuru's POV

FINALLY AFTER MULTIPLE CHAPTERS! I  finally got my own room! Nezu has build in a room connected to my office! Finally! Some real privacy!

<Master, you can't just go around and break the forth wall at the beginning of the chapter. The author wouldn't be happy especially when she left a note up there.>

'Oh well sorry about that then, anyways YOU! On the other side of the screen! Sorry but i will have to borrow your hand again but do you mind if i ask you to fix that forth wall? Thx!'

Anyways, i've been asking Nezu for a room and he agrees! Then he build in a room attached to my office.

It was a modern japanese room that i ask for. It has everything tho. A kitchen, a bathroom(seperated with the toilet ofcourse which i don't know why he build it in cause i don't need to use it. Probably for other people that comes here.), a livingroom and a bedroom.

Right now it's 3AM and i was rolling around on my brand new bed in my brand new room in my slime form.

It was getting boring and i don't wanna sleep so i thought 'hey! Maybe i can take a stroll in my abandoned country!' So i got up and take a dive trough a portal and ahwhoop! In the capital i am!

It was kinda dark so i walked to a random electricity pole and zap a little amount of my magic cule. The electricity here ran by my magic cule so theres no problem about it.

The city still looks the same and i'm quite surprised on how there was no scratch or any signs of unstable building to it.

The water is still running and surprisingly the fire runes still work and there was hot water running.

The matchines still works really well and everything was in good condition like everyone just left 1 day ago!

<Notice. The barrier master use to hide the city seems to have an effect of stoping time. Could be used on food aswell.>

"Hmm so that means" as i pondered and opens the fridge to take a look, i was met with all meat and vegetable in good conditions.

I then closed the fridge and return outside. I then got to my palace and go take a stroll inside.

I got into my office that was still the same as i left it before, however as i walked to my table i heard a thumping sound in the drawer.

It sounded like something was hitting and nudging on the inside. I pulled the drawer open and a gasp escape my mouth.

It was a little slime trying to find a way out. I picked it up and it instantly hopped on my head.

Seems like it enjoys the view up there. I smiled as i closed back the drawer. Then some thing unexpected happens as flashing light apeared in the middle of the city.

I qiuckly teleport outside to see what happend. There stood my subordinates lining up in a line with their familiar clothing.

We stared at eachother for a second before Shion bursts into tears and came dashing right at me.

She landed with a bone breaking hug and muffled me with her watermelons. I was struggling to get out of her grasp but she wouldn't let go.

"Sheesh shion did you get stronger?" I said with my voice muffled. Infact she was stronger than before and that was enough to make me surprised, usualy i'd be able to get out of her graps in seconds with little to no efforts at all but somehow this time it takes more efforts than i used to.

But i mean i can still break off easily still. "Yes, i did infact get stronger while you are still in slumber Rimuru-sama! Are you proud?" She responded back at my question before.

"Hoh? Really? Yes i'm proud of you shion" i respond as i add up my strength and push out of shion's grasp successfuly.

I gasp in air out of habit and metering away from shion who's now having a sad cat face.

Then the others just ran in and surrounded me then burst a cannon ball of questions.

It's just about how am i doing, do i need something, bla bla bla, diablo clinging on me as always and fighting with shion like usual, then i realized it's now 5 AM.

"Guys i need to ask a favor" i said as everyone stops what they are doing and listen to me carefully.

"I need you guys to filled this country with people once again with your people, as you can see it's abandoned so i thought why don't we make it alive again?" I said.

Everyone agreed"i will be opening this country again after everything was takencare of and please when you are outside of the country do not use magic, cause any trouble it's illegal. You can use magic only in SERIOUS situations or you can become hero and you are free to use your magic." I said as i share the current world infomations with everyone trough thought communication.

They all understands and got to work right away as i goes back to my room in UA.

I laid on my bed and sighed" i felt like today is gonna be filled with troubles." I said to myself.

{3 hours Later}

I'm preparing for the country opening ceremony. The progress of refilling the kindom is pretty fast and was done in 2 hours thanks to my beloved subordinates.

I was wearing my 'ruler speech' clothes. The suits inside and the red long cape, my hair was up to a ponytail tied with black ribbon.

Let me say though, ciel is an amazing hair dresser.

<praise me more.>

The 1-A stdents was going to the rescue training dome with Aizawa today cause i was busy being a 'ruler'.

I then teleported to my office in Tempest as Shuna was already aware of my arrival. She stood infront of me and led me outside.

She walks up on the stage where people both from our country and Outside staring at in one direction.

"The moment has arrived citizens of Jura Tempest Federation and Japan. Rimuru Tempest-sama has arrived."

As she finishes and walked aside, i step up as some people from japan starts recording and taking pictures.

I cleared my throat and bagan to speak.

"It's been centuries where races came together here in the past as we've build up this place. As i stand here and now, i demanded to open this country once again! Welcome to Jura Tempest Federation!"

As i fishes the speech people starts to applauds and cheering as i put up a smile.

'Ah it's been so long since i've seen this old sight.' I thought as i waved and got down from the stage.

I saw many people interacting with eachother and some news people taking interveiws of the different races with curiosity, the races enjoyed it though.

Then i took awhile to talk to my subordinates and enjoying their company.

Then i walked around as sometimes news repoertee come to ask a few questions and i answered them truthfully.

Then my phone rings. It was almight. I took a moment to the side of the road and pick it up.

"What is it almight? I'm in the middle of my country opening ceremon-" i was about to finish his voice interupted.

"Rimuru-kun, you need to come now! Theres villians attacking at the rescue training dome! I will be there but you can teleport right!? Go now Aizawa is in trouble!" He said in hurry as my smile faded down words by words.

I quickly hangup and use telepath to tell the problem to my subordinates and teleplorted to the location of my students.

I arrived at the entrance and burst in trough the door."What the hell is going on!?"
