Rimuru's POV
The time had passed since the USJ incident and now it's almost time for the sports festival. I and Aizawa walked into the 1-A classroom."Listen up problem children. Rimuru-sensei has something to say."Aizawa said harsh as usual."The sports festival is near and i want everyone to prepare!" I said out loud.
"As you all know, the sports festival is a highly anticipated event where the students from all the Hero Academies in Japan come together to showcase their abilitiesand compete against each other in various events. This is a great opportunity for you to learn from your peers, push yourselves to your limits, and show off your skills to potential future employers and mentors."
I looked around the classroom to gauge the reaction of the students and continued "and compete in various physical challenges. It's a great opportunity to show off your skills, make new friends from other schools, and increase your chances of being scouted by potential employers."
I scanned the room, making eye contact with each of the students. Some looked excited, while others looked nervous or disinterested. I knew it wasn't easy for everyone, but this was an important part of their growth and future careers.
"So, I want all of you to start training and preparing yourselves mentally and physically. We are aiming to win this year and bring glory to UA," I continued, trying to motivate them.
There was a buzz of excitement in the air as the students began to discuss their plans and strategies for the sports festival. I smiled, knowing that I had succeeded in getting them fired up.
"Aizawa and I will be monitoring your progress, so make sure to train hard and stay focused. Any student who slacks off or doesn't take this seriously will have to deal with me," I warned, causing some of the students to gulp nervously.
I could tell they were eager to impress me and show what they were capable of. It was going to be a tough competition, but I had faith in my students and their abilities.
"Alright, that's all for now. Let's get to work," I said, before turning to leave the classroom with Aizawa by my side.
Aizawa turned to look at me"I just realized you've become more...whats the word? Attentive and use wise words more often. Does that have anything to do with how you reopened your kingdom or the USJ incident Rimuru?" Aizawa asked. I chuckled and answered"really? I didn't noticed that, i guessed it had something to do with both then"
Aizawa raised an eyebrow in curiosity. "Both? Do tell," he inquired.
Smiling, I began to explain. "Well,, reopening my kingdom required me to be more strategic and diplomatic in my actions. I had to consider the consequences of my decisions and how they would affect not just my kingdom, but the entire community. I had to learn to communicate better, listen toduring the USJ incident, I had to think on my feet and analyze the situation to come up with a plan to protect my friends and defeat the villains. It showed me the importance of quick thinking and using wise words to communicate effectively.
And as for reopening my kingdom, I had to learn how to lead and make important decisions that affected the entire community. It taught me to listen to others and consider all perspectives before making a choice. This in turn, has made me more attentive and conscious of the words I use in discussions."
Aizawa nodded in understanding. "I see, both experiences have shaped you into a more mature and wise leader. It's good to see you growing into your role," he commented.
"Thanks, Aizawa. It means a lot coming from you," I replied with a genuine smile.
Aizawa and i then continue chatting for awhile in the teacher's lounge and then midnight sensei came in to our conversation"hey there Aizawa and Rimuru-sensei. Have you guys planed the things that will come up at the sports festival yet?" She asks"Oh shoot! I forgot! I was talking about training the students with Aizawa that i forgot about that!" I shouted.
Aizawa sighed. "I wasn't planning on doing anything too different this year, but if you have ideas Rimuru, I'm open tohearing them," Aizawa said. I nodded, grateful for his willingness to listen.
"I was thinking that we could have some inter-class competitions during the festival. It could be a great way for the students to bond with others outside of theirhearing them," Aizawa said.
Midnight sensei chuckled. "Don't worry, we still have a bit of time left before the festival. Why don't we meet up later this week to discuss some ideas and finalize our plans?" she suggested.
Aizawa nodded in agreement. "That sounds good to me," he said.
"Great! I'll set up a meeting time and place then. And Rimuru-sensei, don't forget to bring your A-game to this festival. I'm expecting some impressive performances from your class," Midnight sensei joked with a smirk.
I laughed. "Ah, don't worry, Midnight sensei. My students never fail to surprise me with their skills and abilities," I responded confidently.
As we continued to chat about the upcoming sports festival plans, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such amazing teachers at UA. Together, we would make this sports festival one to remember.
We talked for a while longer, discussing various ideas for the sports festival. I was happy to be included in the planning process, and I could tellthat both Aizawa and Midnight sensei valued my input.
As our conversation started to wind down, Aizawa stood up. "I need to get back to class. Thanks for the chat, Rimuru-sensei," he said,
"And thanks for taking the time to talk to us," Midnight added with a smile. "Your insights were really helpful."
I smiled back at her."It was my pleasure, Midnight-sensei," I replied. "I'm just glad I could contribute something to the planning process."
Aizawa and Midnight both said their goodbyes and left the room, leaving me alone to ponder what weAs they left the room, I couldn't help but feel a little bit nervous. It was one thing to come up with ideas and suggestions, but now that I was actually involved in planning the sports festival, I felt a sense of responsibility.
But I was determined to make sure that the festival was a success. I spent the rest of the day brainstorming and researching different sports and games that we could incorporate into the event.
Over the next few weeks, we had several meetings to discuss the details of the festival. It was a lot of work, but it was also a lot of fun to collaborate with the other teachers and hear their ideas and suggestions.
'I wonder how will the event goes?' I thought
