Jd was driving through the streets of LA looking for apartments, he has a bit of cash from his errands.
Finally he finds one in a building not to hgh or fancy, he walks in and looks for the landlords room, once he finds it he knocks on the door it opens to see a middle age man with a bald spot.
"Yeah? What do you want?" His accent thick
"Right!" Jd said remembering why he was here" i saw the for rent sign and I wanted to check it out"
"Alright." The landlord takes jd up towa4ds the 3rd floor, and towards a door that says 302, he unlocks it, opening it and walking in.
The apartment wasn't massive but as you walk in you have a closet on your right and then a bit further down a open floor merged with the kitchen and living room, there's massive glass door that lead on to a small balcony, there's a small corridor that leads to another closet and a bedroom, which has a bathroom attached to the bedroom.
"This is great"
"You want it?"
"Hell yeah! How much?"
"I need first and last month's rent and a security deposit, which is altogether 6k now up front."
"Okay that's fine do you take cash?"
"I- you have 6 grand in cash?"
"Yeah come down with me it'd in my car"
They both go to jds car he pulls out a duffle bag counts the money before handing the landlord the bag.
"That's all of it I'm gonna start moving in okay?" Jd smiled grabbing his stuff and heading upstairs to his new apartment.
After getting all the stuff away jd went on a adventure to Hollywood arts once again to see that it was the end of the day.
He jumps over the car door heading toward the school
"Jesus this place has really low security." Looking around the building for cat before sporting her.
"Cat!" He shouts surprising her
"Jd!" She shouts back
"Guess what I got my own apartment! Pretty easy I don't know why I didn't do the sooner you know" he smiles
"You were in that hotel with the caring people and your friends silly!"
"Yeah" jd looks at the ground.
"Anyway, you think I could go to school here?" He looks around at the art on the walls "I could do something talented"
"You'd have to audition but definitely " Cat nods her head wildly
Jd watches as a girl walks past over hearing the conversation "even with your looks you could get in here" the girl winks while jd rasies his eyebrow
"Thanks I guess" just then jd's phone rings his supplier
Time skip.
Jd enters the school once again after making sure Cat got home, walking to the deans office knocking on the door, even though it was after hours the doors were open jd saw that there was 3 cars left in the car park and he had assumed the dean was still inside.
His assumption was right as the door opened the dean was surprised "can I help you?"
Jd smiles "yes you can I was wondering can I go to school here?"
The dean was confused "you understand auditions have stopped right now."
"Yes I know but I think I can change your mind" jd walks in to the office closing the Door behind him after awhile we see jd leave with a monotone face " see you tomorrow dean."
