Johnson: This is the co-ordinates for the building HQ wants us to investigate.

Janesa took the PDA and gently scrolled over it well walking next to Johnson.

Janesa: Winterlake. Wasn't this a hospital?

Johnson: Beats me. All I know is that ATLAS used it during the old war. Heck it was used before ATLAS was a floating island in Solitas.

Janesa: This was back when diseases like Typhoid and Dysentery were killing the solders from both sides and no cure was yet found leading to a massive incline in death because of how poor some of the medical systems where. It was in use till 1994.

Johnson: And you know all of this how?

Janesa: History. When I was ten, I was fascinated by the history remnant had.

Johnson: And yet you have a degree in the medical field as well.

Janesa: Was mothers doing. She wanted me to become a doctor. Father wanted me to join the UNSC. I had time to study, and both serve hence my degree.

They entered the hanger bay where Janesa's ship was stationed ready for take-off.

Johnson: This is where we part ways.

Janesa: Keep safe Johnson. I will see you down at the hospital.

The pelicans landed as Janesa and her Spartan's met with the marines. She noticed a lot of the marines looked no younger than twenty. Same age she was. They entered the mansion and were met with red carpets and old-style lights. The halls were clean, and it all looked off.

Janesa: I don't like this.

Johnson: Don't worry mam. My boys are green and mean!

Janesa did not respond and ventured further. There were two massive doors that she opened revealing the usual old grey blood marks and rotten brown stained beds. How ever there was a feeling of un comfort in the darkness. This feeling was like staring into the deep abyss under water where its pitch black. Waiting for your flood lights to spot something. A Spartan II turned the lights on, and this feeling faded away. This made Janesa realize there was something completely off in this old mansion. There were two stairways. And in the middle was a statue that felt off to Janesa who placed her ear against the statue and widened her eyes.

Janesa: This statue has a heartbeat.

Johnson placed his ear against the statue not believing her words and then instantly pulled away.

Johnson: What in the actual fuck!?

Janesa then looked up at the stairways and then at the old computers.

Janesa: I want someone to investigate the computers. Well, I take the right side of the stairway. Johnson, you take left with some marines.

Johnson: Yes mam!

They went their separate ways and Janesa walked up to the door on the wooden floors that made creeks with each footstep. She opened the door and it led into a dark room that gave off that uncomfortable feeling. She unholstered her M6 and turned the flashlight on along with her Spartans who were looking at both motion sensors and scanners on their suits. Janesa heard a faint voice from the corner of the room behind the dressing curtain.

Janesa: On my three.

She whispered as two Spartans nodded and took cover by the left and right walls of the entrances to the corner. Janesa felt no life source from behind and was expecting a Grimm but found something she wishes was a Grimm. The curtains were opened revealing an upper torso with an IV machine and crutches standing there. The flesh was brown and rotten as the binge made suffering breathing sounds. Janesa was going to gently touch it when it started moving. Using the crutches as extended arms to walk with and was upright even without a lower half. The creature lunged at her, and she held her left arm up as it bit into her arm and through her flesh. She felt disgusted that this creature had touched her and her inner germaphobe kicked in as she placed her M6's barrel against its head and pulled the trigger.
