the morning after

I just finished washing the dishes and done putting them in the cabinets as well. I breathed a sigh of relief but then got startled when two strong arms suddenly hugged me from behind.

In a minute I felt my back touch a broad chest followed by a whisper as this man put his chin on my shoulders "You're home." 

I rolled my eyes, anyway he can't see me, and thought as if I could run away. "Yes!  I told you, I will not run away again." I just answered him.

I told him this phrase for the nth time since last week and this man kept on repeating the same phrase too "You're here." as if I'm an apparition.

He's still wearing a suit and a tie and he sounded tired. I freed myself from his embrace and faced him. I'm right- he is tired. 

"Are you hungry? I can make you some light dinner." I offered.

He just stared into me again. His black eyes always deep with desire and savageness. "Get dress my Son! and let's have breakfast!"
