Doors: Multiplayer Chapter ?? test

(I just felt like writing angst & violence, so I wrote this lol)

Third Person POV - Everyone
As Tallishi, Amethyst, Blossom, Taylor, Tyler, Noobixm, Dreamscape, and Crystal approach Door 91, lightning strikes outside at that very moment, causing Crystal to jump slightly, startled. Tallishi feels a sense of emptiness threatening to consume her. The lightning had not scared nor startled her. She just...can't feel scared. Hell, she can't feel anything at this point.

Fandy's death had certainly taken a toll on everyone, with the group lacking its usual sarcastic flare that Fandy had added to it. Blossom was quieter, more upset, less outspoken. Everyone had noticed this, even the twin brothers, who had slowly begun to fall behind as they advanced through the courtyard—closer to Door 100.

Tallishi, leading the group, pushes open the door to Door 90. Rain pounds outside, pouring down onto the hotel roof and setting a gloomier scene outside. Tallishi narrows her eyes as she notices that Door 91 is a dark room, trying to focus her version and see through the darkness.

Noobixm, on the other hand, opens up some sort of panel, unbeknownst to the others. The world begins to grow brighter in his eyes, increasing his sense of sight into the now-brightly-lit room. The only person who notices Noobixm doing this is his close friend, Amethyst, who was standing next to Blossom. Amethyst had begun to silently comfort Blossom as best as she could, with the two both being quite young—too young to be suffering through this hell, in Tallishi's opinion.

"Hey Amethyst," Tallishi starts, suddenly remembering something. "Don't you have a lighter from Jeff's Shop?"

"IT'S MINE!" Amethyst declares greedily, holding the lighter close and looking up at Tallishi defiantly. "I need it! For arson." she whispers the last two words, partly hoping Tallishi hadn't heard. Unfortunately for the demon child, Tallishi had heard, having the good hearing she did.

Tallishi sighs. "I was going to use it as a light source, seeing as this is a dark room."

"Fine." Amethyst agrees reluctantly, handing over the lighter to the more responsible, taller girl. Tallishi holds the lighter up as she turns it on (HELP IDK HOW TO DESCRIBE USING THE LIGHTER AHHHH), illuminating the room around them in a faint, orange glow. Miniature flames reflected on the wall next to the group, as well as on Tallishi's face, making her seem a lot more menacing in the darkness.

Suddenly, a PSST! sound hisses in Tallishi's ear. Out of the corner of her eye, she notices bright, white eyes staring at her, a wide, toothy smile grinning below the eyes, the creature lacking a nose. It appears to be clinging to her leg and looking up at her. Tallishi drops the lighter and grabs onto the creature, ripping one of its arm-like tentacles off and violently flinging it away—off into the far, shadowy corners of the room. A familiar, ink-like substance drips out of the creature's body, in-place of where its tentacle should've been. Tallishi flings the entity down onto the floor and pins it down with her foot. Then, she rips another one its tentacles off. The creature screams, the horrid, ear-piercing sound echoing around the room. The rest of the group stares at Tallishi in shock—except for Amethyst and Blossom.

"YAYYAYAYAYY!! KILL IT, KILL IT!" Amethyst cheers enthusiastically, enjoying every little moment of violence Tallishi caused. Blossom simply starts laughing maniacally, temporarily forgetting about Fandy's death in a moment of fear and pain from the ink-covered creature suffering below Tallishi's shoe. Tallishi punches the creature in its pale, glowing eye. It tries to pull away, to tear itself out from under Tallishi in order to flee back into its dark habitat, but the tall girl doesn't allow it.

"Stop, Tallishi. That's enough." a familiar voice orders. A blue glow surrounds the entity perishing below the hands of Tallishi, and it soon disappears, leaving the group alone. Tallishi recognizes this presence, one that she's been quite familiar with ever since she were a young girl.

"Guiding Light." she murmurs, so quietly that it was hard even for someone with the best of hearing to understand.

"Awww, you should've killed it more!" Amethyst whines, tugging on Tallishi's sleeve. Black, slimy ink drips from Tallishi's hands, a constant reminder of the monster she'd almost just torn to pieces—quite literally, too. She would've, as it could be one less entity to deal with, if Guiding Light had not stopped her. But Tallishi respects Guiding Light's wishes, and she will not go against not killing the entity if Guiding Light disapproves of her actions. Oh well.

"Let's keep going." Tallishi suggests, quickly crouching down to pick up the lighter once more before standing up straight.

"THAT WAS AMAZING!" Blossom exclaims excitedly. "CAN YOU DO THAT AGAIN??"

"What, tear the limbs off an entity?" Tallishi asks, specifically emphasizing the "tear the limbs off" part in an attempt to make the conversation more lighthearted, and to distract Blossom from Fandy's death.

"YES!!" Blossom confirms.

"DO IT, DO IT, DO IT! KILL, KILL, KILL!" Amethyst shouts happily.

"Tallishi..." Crystal trails off, worry, concern, and anxiety filling her uncertain voice. She hates the sight of suffering, and the death Tallishi had almost caused. Before, she'd trusted Tallishi, believed that the girl would not inflict the pain she'd just seen in the mini ink monster. But now? Now, she wasn't so sure. How could she be, after what she'd just seen?

Oh boy, things were about to spiral downhill real fast.

ALRIGHT, ALRIGHT, EXPLANATION TIME:
I was in the mood to write something angsty, so I decided to write about violent Tallishi lol. I'm not exactly sure when I'll reach this point, but this will probably be changed/modified a bit in the final chapter. NO, I have not started writing Chapter 11 yet. I may just write it in bits and pieces.
